dose anyone actually eat or drink i geuss ,. raw eggs before a work out and how many and if you do whats that suposed to do rather then cooking them

Eating them before a workout does nothing beneficial so if that's the only reason why somebody would be doing it there is no reason to continue doing so. I do however drink egg whites occassionally just for the convenience of it. I just make sure that they are pasteurized. The chance of getting Salmonella from raw eggs is very small but I still don't like to take the chance.

A note however: There is some evidence that eating raw eggs or egg whites will not let you take advantage of all of the protein in them. There are arguments on both sides of the issue but it is definitely something to keep in mind.

Question. What part of the egg are you allergic to?

There are eggwhites with the eggyolk nutrients put in them. I haven't seen them around, but I've heard about them. Do a quick google search on them.
