Elliotmax's First Cycle Log (Test E!!!)

Finally. The moment has come. After a couple of months of reading, researching, preparing, and dieting... I think now I'm ready to sell my soul to the devil. :devil2:

Cycle:
Week 1 - 12: Test E 250mg E3D
Week 2 - 12: 6.25 mg Aromasin ED

PCT: Clomid 50/50/50/50 Nolva 20/20/20/20.


I was thinking of adding more compounds, but eventually decided to keep it nice and simple. Bodybuilding is after all a sport of patience and thanks to those who reminded me of the facts.

SUMMARY/ RESULTS:

WEEK 1: By the end of week 1, starting to notice increased energy/ libido. Nuts are starting to feel weird too, but could be just placebo lol :sperm:

Day 1:

Had my 1st pin this morning. Did right glute shot, everything was smooth. But for some reason I had a really had time drawing the test from the vial. I did push air in the vial before drawing, but still. Maybe because I used the same 23g needle.
 
Day 2:

Nothing major yet. Had a good workout today. My workout routine during this cycle will look like this:


Friday: Chest/ Biceps/ abs
Saturday: LEGS!!
Sunday: Back/ shoulders/ triceps/ Cardio
Monday:
Tuesday: Chest/ Biceps/ abs
Wednesday: Back/ shoulders/ triceps/ Cardio
Thursday:

Workouts will be done in the AM and cardio twice a week in the PM.
 
Day 3:

Back workout as great. Doing lots of cardio these days as I'm on a cut which I will continue 2 weeks into my cycle. Will the test during these 2 weeks allow me to get away with a harsher diet or will it not do anything until it kicks in?

Either way, I will have enough time to carb back up and slowly bring my calories to a decent amount by week 6. I do weigh everything I eat by the gram, and log it in my food diary. So I should have 100% control over my body's composition.
 
Day 4:

Second shot in!! Did right quad. I'm actually starting to look forward to this. I wanna do a different injection site every time just to experiment. I got even 27g 1/2" needles for biceps, triceps and calves :D

And as I was planning my e3d shots on my calender, the last shot of my cycle landed right on my 21st birthday!! This is divine intervention if I've ever seen one!!
 
Day 5:

Although I'm on a 700 cal deficit, weight has stayed @ 200lb for the whole week, but I can see visible changes in the mirror. I don't even look depleted and still leaning out. LOVE IT!
 
Im sorry man but if you think in only 5 days your seeing results its either in your head or the clen is working (that you didn tthink was) since that would have been already going for over a week now in your system.

give it 2-4 weeks before you notice much of anything on cycle.

the layout is nice. I would do 14 wks myself, but nothing wrogn with 12, just wouldent go any less then that.

i rec delts (mid delt) quads and gluts for shots, good luck!
