I have created the best tasting nutritious brownies that I could conceive. The recipe is as follows:
4 scoops of chocolate protein (whey is best)
2 cups wheat flour (gluten free non-gmo)
2 eggs (preferably cage free)
1 bag of Pillsbury Sweet Moments Bite sized Brownies
2 tbs Organic Peanut Butter
1 bottle Bolthouse farms mocha Cappucino
1 tbs olive oil

mix the eggs with the flour and protein mix.
Add peanut butter and olive oil.
Crush the brownies and stir into the mix.
It will be dry so add the bottle of cappucino.

Preheat the oven at 400 for expediation
Drop it to 325 and toss the mix in on somesort of surface.
Insert into oven.

15-20minutes later
Remove
-Eat and enjoy

238 g carbs
147 protein
75 fat
2215 kcal

1/6 of the mix

40 g carb (10 sugars, 4 fiber, 26 starch)
25 g protein (a mix of whey, casein, milk)
12.5 g fat (4.25 sat, .75 poly, 7.5 mono-un)
370 kcal

PERFECT FOR PRE/POST WORKOUT or a cheat meal :insane:
