Ephedra and ephedrine hcl?????

What is the difference between the two? Seems like everything that I find on hcl it says it is for tightness of chest and breathing problems. Could it be used just like ephedra?

Ephedra is the herb extract. Ephedrine HCL is what you're trying to get out of Ephedra. HCL is better and still legal, buy that.

* Cue Nelson to tell us how Ephedrine doesn't work and that we'd be better off with one of his supplements.
