Ephedra in Islamabad, Pakistan?

Hello all. First post, though I have been lurking here for a while, so thanks for all the advice that you all have already (indirectly) given me.

Does anyone know a good source of ephedra in Islamabad, Pakistan for an ECA stack? I'm almost out of my stuff and I really don't want to wait until I can travel to get more.

I'm assuming I'll be able to get caffeine at the same source, because I'm almost out of that too. Miscalculated and it sucks because I'm in the middle of my cycle.

Don't need a source for caffeine in general, but I prefer to take no doze when I can get it. I would like to know where I could get that, or something similar. And yes, I am in Pakistan.
