Hey bros,
Just got my hands on some Epistane raw powder. What do i with this shit ? how many grams do i take a day ? can i drink it with water ? post cycle therapy (pct) ? i have clom/nolva and stane all here . ?? im never used pro hormones b4. stats are below

5.10,80KG, 10%BF , 6 years lifting . diet is in order

Im waiting on my raw powder to come in as well. Ill be mixing mine with everclear to produce a liquid suspension. Not sure the concentration I will be doing yet. I will aslo be adding a food extract for flavor (ie. pepperment, or something else)

Everclear ? I was hoping to just mix mine with water or something , Its just measuring it that im struggling with ppl r recomending doses of 30-50mg . no idea how im gunna measure that out i have a test tube full of raw epi. fuck

start at 20mg 2x ed. than maybe 25mg 2x. 6wks is the longest you'd wana run it.

you're going to need a scale meant for weighing powders. There should be one for sale on the same website you purchased the powder from.

ah i c , would they be available from shopping centres ? do they have a name ? i haVE a food scale obviously but it doesnt measure such small denominations what a shame

once you measure out 10,20 or 30mg you would want to pour it into olive oil. or take it with fish oil. Really just healthy fat. it helps the PH absorb much better.


i got my buddies scale who sells weed. I measured out .1g's. than split them into 2. then split the 2 into 4, which equals 25mg.

So i have a tons measured out. he said you could buy a scale like that at a head shop for 20 bux.



.1g is 100mg. so you split the 100 into 50, 50 into 25.

.1g is the lowest amount that the scale he had would weight. so thats why i started there and measured/divided it out.

Thanks bud , yeah thats what i was thinking. My food scale only measure 1g and up , Looks like ill have to head over to the tobaconist and i buy a pot scale shame. So .1 of a gram is equal to 100mg . Fuck i have alot of epi here . So i use 20-50mg a day for 4 weeks with olive/fish/flax oil . AWSOME

yes, milk thistle @ 500mg ED, 5-8 liver 52's ED, 1000mg NAC ED. i drink boz once in a while, i use *some* orals. i hit liver support hard pretty much all yr. i need my body to still work.

as for the measuring, yeah, if you think about it, if you have 1000mg (1g) and you can weigh .1 of it, you have 100mg.....

This is going to be an expensive exersise. Can i just get away with milk thistle everyday ? my liver is a virgin apart from bottle after bottle of jack when i was younger.
