Estro rebound from letro

I took letro for a lump (2-3x the size of a bb) under my right nipple. I also had some clear nipple leakage. After stepping up to 2.5mg, the lump and the leakage went away I stepped down in the same way and threw in a few days of even lower doseage as I began with to ease my body back in. About one week now off letro and the lump is growing back (it had completely disappeared) and I'm back to having discharge
