Estrogen control on TRT

Why do people have to take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on exogenous testosterone when only on 200mg a week. Usually that amount will get a person around 800ng/dl. If a persons natural testosterone were that high would they have estrogen issues? Does exogenous testosterone act differently in the body than endogenous? Are there other mechanisms in play when a persons natural testosterone is typically higher. Do they convert testosterone to estrogen ata slower rate? And if they convert estrogen at a slower rate does that contribute to their ability to have higher natural testosterone

whats your bodyfat???

the higher the bodyfat the more aromatization...

also there are some people who simply deal with the genetic issue of armoatization senstivity..

your looking at Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) in a black and white manner.. cant do that
