Its been a couple months since my cycle and i am experiencing estrogen rebound. I have a tender lump on my left nipple. I did run a pct and i have used letrozole to try to take care of the issue. Although the letrozole did help and the lump seem to decrease in size and pain, its all starting to come back. What should i do?

Blood work!! We need to know your E2. If your e2 is elevated the quickest way to stop it's effect on breast tissue is tamoxifen/raloxifen. Letro will drastically reduce estradiol very fast. Within two days at 2.5 mg per day. Letro hasn't been proven to get rid of gynecomastia in humans. I think there was a study on rats, but those don't always apply to us. I've seen guys popping 2.5 mg letrozole everyday for months and their gyno didn't change but they felt like death. Raloxifen and tamoxifen have been proven to work via anecdotes and studies. That's your best bet.
