would one of these work to lower my estrogen, proviron generic 25, orTamoxifen 20mg? If so which would be better, and how much of a dose im 235 lbs 5'10'', my estradiol is 53, Im on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doing 50 e3d, of testosterone cypionate. thanks in advance.

dose amount will have many factors. at 53 are you haveing sides and how bad? what is your BF%

tamoxifen will not lower you estrogen.. It'll just keep you from getting tits.. I take Adex 3x week and my quality of life has improved dramatically since starting it.. As for Proviron, I won't pretend to know anything about it

Sides

Fatigue and tired all of the time, sex drive is I don't feel like getting up to do it lol. Depressed, don't want to ge out of bed, lack of motivation for everything. I have been getting in better shape been lifting like every three days for an hour getting some definition, though I am overweight in the stomach. I just need something to motivate me.

obviously look at the avatar lol. thanks, do you think estrogen could cause all of that? i need something for energy and to keep the depression down, i think an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and some b12 injections.

Just get an AI.. You'll feel a lot better.. 53 is way too high
