Ever after only squats

Ever sore after only doing squats?

I'm beginning to think something is wrong with me. My legs have always been slow to grow and I don't know if this relates. However, I tend to get really sore with both hamstrings, glutes, and quads after only 4 sets of squats. This occurs the next day and lasts for about 2 or 3 days. I was just wondering if I was the only one. Could it be that I only need 4 sets of squats per week to stimulate growth?

better me to answer this question then the pros because i can guarentee they'll give you shit for asking this. YES!!! doing squats once a week will make you grow. as long as you're doing low volume you will grow. im doing regular squats like once every two weeks and my legs are growing. so as long as you do proper form, low volume until failure, you will see results.

it only takes a few all out ass to the floor sets of squats to humble a man severly lol . dont overtrain yourself trying to follow one of those silly ass routines published in the musclerags .
