For the past 3 months, I have been one of three contestants in the "New Body for the New Year" contest sponsored by 1320 KFAN and Gold's Gym. At the beginning of the contest, each contestant was given a temporary pass to Gold's Gym and training with a personal trainer.. I feel so much better because of the changes during this time. Over the three months, I have lost a total of 27lbs., beginning at 225lbs and ending at 198lbs. My body fat composition has decreased by 6%! I feel like the hard work and sacrifice has help me to accomplish more than the other two competitors in both weight loss and BF% loss, but the winner is decided by whichever contest can get the most votes!

I do not go to tanning beds because they will cause cancer. Also I do not live in Vegas.

You have not told me why I shoudl't support the other guys's success. They are all succesful and I want to support all of them.
