I have a practically full 5lb bag of Optimum Nutrition protein and unused NoExplode that is expired. Will it hurt to use it or is that just a mandatory thing that they have to put on the package? Thx.

I drank a 6yr old Metrx Meal Replacement today because I was so hungry and for some reason had it in my dorm.
