Explosive Training?

Well high weight + low reps, & a slow negative with a fast positive will lead you to be both stronger and more explosive..
Exercising in general will help with building muscle..
Keeping calories at maintenance will avoid weight gain/making the muscle gain sarcoplasmic(size) hypertrophy.. which in turn-with a high protein diet- will allow your muscle to achieve gains in density(myofibrillar hypertrophy) rather than size, while training your CNS to handle heavier loads.
Hence why some people who are happier at their size and just try to maintain it, say their muscles have gotten "harder" or "dense" over time..

That's just my hypothesis.. sounds good on paper imo.
I used to have a biology book somewhere which explained it in detail.. but I never really cared enough to read that section since I don't want to powerlift and just want to be big ;)

I concur simple explanation good one bro.mr. west.sleepstalker you fighting or training mma? That why you want to do this type of training cause you will not bulk.
