Face exercises

I read somewhere that doing certain facial muscle excercises (stretching/grinning etc.) for x minutes a day helps reduce fat around the face, improves overall tone and skin. Is there any truth to this? No matter how shrededed I get, my face is always looks round and my chheks rubbery, wondering if it's possible to achieve a more rugged look etc.
 
I would do a Google search under Peter North. I hear he has a regime you can follow. Check it out....
 
put the heel of your hand on one side of your head around the temple and push your head...resist with your neck muscles....then do it with all kinds of angles
 
chew mass amounts of double bubble. no really, and kinda flex your jaw as your chew. i always chew with my right side of the cheek, and now my right is more defined than my left. i can actually feel muscle in my right jaw! its weird but might work for you. i have the same problem, if i lose or gain weight, the first place you can tell is my face.

Everyone can feel muscle in their jaw. lol..........:rolleyes:
 
good question. i also am obssessed with a lean face. even at 14%, its not as lean as i want it to be. i dont mind if i stay 14% but have those sunken cheeks and real defined jaw line. damit i want a chiseled face without having to be 6% lol. im sure if i ever get to 10%, ill be fine. one of my goals anyway. just saying that right now i wouldnt mind doing some surgery to remove the fat in my face :D
