Sorry to ask a question that has probably been posted a thousand times but I can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for...

Started my 3rd cycle 6 weeks back. I'm ranging between 600-700mg a week of 90%Cyp and 10%Enan.
I have had good results again and have each time before also.
Around 6-8 weeks in the last cycle and this one I begin to get a little acne on back and shoulders, low to mild bloating in the face and other areas, and small lump under one nipple. By the 16-20 weeks depending on when I quit the lump gets a little larger but never visible and the acne gets moderate. Once I am off a month later its all good. No side effects afterwards..

So I guess I am having mild estrogen/gyno issues that start around 6-8 weeks and last until 1 month after the end.

I have Anastrozole (Arimidex) in 1 mg caps and I have Tamoxifen in 20mg caps.
Last cycle I decided not use either as I was afraid of countering my gains. I am unsure whether my fear is valid or not as there seems to be quite a few different opinions on this..
This time I think I will try it but I wanted to ask you guys your opinions on which one, how much, and how often? Is there less risk or side effects with one than the other?
I can read on the internet just like anybody else so if you haven't done it before then please don't confuse me anymore with alot of non-personal experience info that you have read on the net.....
Thanks in advance for any help on this,
A

On cycle go with arimidex the nolva is for post cycle therapy (pct). Did you pct your other cycles? You need to add some clomid as well for pct

Never have on the PCT question. Never had any symptoms during or after other than the acne and lump which leaves after a month off. I've always had Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), Tamoxifen, and Anastrozole, just never used any of them before. Thanks

alright man time to get schooled on the topic; I think its a little late since its your 3rd cycle, but its your own business so w/e. Arimidex or Aromasin will deal with your gyno issues and should help with bloat also. Pct is a must if you want to recover properly, wich in my opinion is a good idea. I think 16-20 weeks is a little long; personally around week 11 or 12 things slow down a lot I don't know about you

Yea bro just cause you feel like you recovered doesnt mean you actually did. Run the adex at .5 eod since gyno is already surfacing. Pct 2 weeks after last pin run the clomid 50/50/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20

Also look into getting regular bloodwork in the future
I just started on the Arimidex now so we'lll see how it goes.
I get bloodwork done fairly regularly. I'm 40. On cycle I'm near 1000 (in nano grams per deciliter I'm assuming?) (i'm american but in europe so i'm not sure how their scale compares) and off cycle I range from 380 to 500.....the doctor tells me 380 is mid low but not unusual for my age and not low enough to be alarmed. I have no idea whether the doctor knows what shes talking about or not as I have read conflicting info on the 380 score.. She's in her late 20's so. Whats the old saying "Be cautious of young doctors and old barbers?"

. I do think I was probably higher before I ever did my first cycle so you guys may have a point on PCT being necessary whether I think I have symptoms or not.
I guess how much I exercise and food habits etc. are causing it to fluctuate quite a bit as well while I'm off. Smoking sure doesn't help either.
Thanks for the advice.

I might add that the doctors who prescribe me my stuff in the US also have me taking blood tests and they say it looks good on and off but they don't go really go into detail about it. I think they might say its good whether it is or not because of the money involved.
