I have had I hard time eating my oatmeal and eggs in the am. Just don't seem to have enought time. So to speed things up I tried something new with EggBeaters. Rather than take the time to cook and eat them I drink them. Here is the recipe:
1 1/2 cup of egg beaters
1/4 cup of 1% milk
1 tsp of vanilla
2 packets of splenda
I don't even use a blender, just shake it up. It tastes pretty good, very close to eggnog. And it has 36 grams of protein.
I also put my oatmeal in a big plastic cup and eat it in the car on the way to work. Who says there isn't enough time in the day to eat right.![Druggie :druggie: :druggie:](/images/smilies/druggie.gif)
