I have had I hard time eating my oatmeal and eggs in the am. Just don't seem to have enought time. So to speed things up I tried something new with EggBeaters. Rather than take the time to cook and eat them I drink them. Here is the recipe:

1 1/2 cup of egg beaters
1/4 cup of 1% milk
1 tsp of vanilla
2 packets of splenda

I don't even use a blender, just shake it up. It tastes pretty good, very close to eggnog. And it has 36 grams of protein.

I also put my oatmeal in a big plastic cup and eat it in the car on the way to work. Who says there isn't enough time in the day to eat right. :druggie:

Yea I was able to gag one down with nothing added,,,,,,kinda of slimy. I think I would get sick of it pretty quick.
 
I've put oatmeal, a banana, peanut butter, scoop of protein, egg beaters, and milk and some ice cubes and blended it up before and drank it when I was in a hurry. It was pretty nasty but it was good for about 45g protein and some good healthy carbs. Not something I would recommend though.
 
I've seen many people throwing peanut butter or even olive oil into their shakes toghether with oatmeal. I prefer not to mix carbs and fats.
 
2 scoops of whey and 1 cup of oats put it in a shaker and bam 50 grams of protein\50 grams of good low glycemic carbs
 
I put one packet splenda and a tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup in my oatmeal. Makes it really yummy. Other than that I like to add onion powder to my eggs for a little flavor. Sometimes I'll add chopped fresh onions if I have time.
