Fast Spicy Peanut Butter Chicken

Just bored in the kitchen today and threw this together... actually pretty good.

1 Chicken Breast (I BBQ'd mine).

about 4 tblsp of peanut butter (I'm OK with chunky so I used that)

Add milk to thin the peanut butter...about 1/3 quantity of the PB.

Warm the PB and milk stirring to get a "sauce".

Add Hot Sesame oil (Mongolian Hot Oil) to the sauce to taste (should be spicy).

Spread on cooked chicken.

Easy...

Sounds good. Peanut butter, chicken, and spicy foods are all some of my favorite foods. I bet it'll taste great.

Thanks Clamp. Obviously it's not a "designer" meal. I suppose you could add some garnish (Cilantro...or Asian).

Peanut sauce is something I enjoy in several Asian foods so I just figured... "Well I have chicken..... I have peanut butter"

A bottle of hot Mongolian oil would probably make a couple hundred of these, so for a few bucks, it just adds another chicken alternative to things I already keep on hand.

If bodybuilding celebrates the human body as a canvas of dedication and discipline, how do you reconcile the use of performance-enhancing substances in the sport? Are these substances undermining the true spirit of competition, or do they simply reflect the lengths athletes are willing to go to achieve their dreams?
