I currently do not have a gym membership or a treadmill at home so I've been walking at a fast pace-around 3.5mph- for 3 miles everyday in my neighborhood. I mapped it out on google maps so I know how far it is. I've also been taking liquid clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, starting at 20mcg working my way up to 100mcg. I take the clen about 20 minutes before I head out on my walk. I've also changed my eating habits to eating baked chicken, fish and veges. Nothing fried or above 7grams of fat. Is this going to help me lose unwanted fat in my legs? My legs have hail damage(cellulite) and I'm badly trying to get rid of it. Any advice is appreciated.

Sure it will help, but before going to options like Clen, I really think you should take your training and diet more seriously. You can get a whole lot accomplished without any equipment, or gym membership though. Stuff like p90x or other plyometric training would be a good start. You can find p90x for free on the internet pretty easy.

Diet will be your number one factor in loosing that cellulite. You need to be in a caloric deficit to loose weight, it's that easy!

Well for the legs and buttocks the squats are the best. If you do daily 20 to 30 squats with some weight then it will be fastly burn the fat but as you say you can't go gym then you can try it without weight may be it helps.

diet is key.... also being hydrated... you need more fluids... eliminate sugars and sodium from your diet and keep your body fueled with protein... exercise helps, of course.... you don't need a gym to do exercise... walking, running, biking.... all can be done outside of the gym... I agree with the one comment.... not sure if you are ready for clen... all depends what your diet is like.... it sure gives a great boost but before adding any "supplements" you should first make sure you have a clean diet.... and YES LOVE SQUATS!!!!!! They are AMAZING!!!! dont' be afraid to use water or sand filled bottles as your weights (alternative to dumbells if you do not have access to the gym)

Bottom line is, you can not spot train, just keep eating clean and exercise.... everything is a progress and doesn't happen over night... stay focused on your goals and you will get there :) good luck!

I think this is an important point - eating clean wont help you lose fat, a calorie deficit will. The bigger the deficit, the more fat you will lose.
As for clen, it might give you a 10% boost at max.

theres no specific cardio/diet/training that spot reduces fat. we all have trouble spots, eventually they'll come in.
