Fasted cardio catabolic?

Eat,Sleep,Lift
I wanted some input in regards to fasted cardio in the morning while on a cycle. Would it be catabolic being that the body needs a constant intake of protein,yet your doing an exercise on an empty stomach?
 
I'm up at 5-5:10 am in my gym , I do 10-20 min slow elliptical on empty stomach, then drink some whey, lift heavy get ready for the day.
 
Don't worry bro, a little cardio is good for ya.
I do AM cardio also on an empty stomach.
I drink some liquid aminos as soon as I wake up as
they are absorbed almost immediately.

Don't lift like this though. Go eat some real food after your cardio. Shakes are are best used for PWO only.

If you have good eating habits, most of what I said doesn't matter.
