Fat burning pills?

I'm not a bodybuilder!
If i took these would they fuck my muscle growth up or even burn away at muscle if I take them why I'm hitting the gym and trying to gain muscle?
 
If you're trying to gain muscle, why would you take a fat burner? I would skip the fat burner altogether, put on some lean mass and let your muscles burn the fat for you ;)
 
what pill are you talking about???

they should still allow you to build muscle. they should just keep you lean and stop any fat gains.

Hey I have that pic as my profile pic on FB lol but if you want to burn fat, and are willing to be smart about it you can try ephedrine 24mg & caffeine 200mg, you might have a hard time getting eph in the US tho, in Canada pretty much every supp website sells it.
 
i would add need2slin to your supplements and that will help you to accomplish what you are wanting here... this is the best way... this is the most versatile supp out there... give it a try and i am sure you will be more than happy... it is a staple of my supp use...

thanks, i can get 100 ephadrin for £10 of someone i no. i might have them for 3 week and see how much i loose and see if im still stong in the gym, i can give it a try

yea i do cardio 3 times a week, very intence hill running its hard! lol, my diet is ok and i probly drink about once a month. ive noticed in the past 6 week that ive lost aroung half a stone but im looking to get my abs out through the left over fat

don't do your cardio too intense man, usually 135bpm (heart beats per minute) or less is good enough, because otherwise you can burn muscle.
 
you can try this i found it on bodybuilding.com i will try it soon:


Phase 1 (1:4): Weeks 1-2
15 seconds: High-Intensity Exercise
60 seconds: Rest or Low-Intensity Exercise
Repeat another 10 times, followed by a final 15-second high-intensity blast.
Total time: 14 minutes


Phase 2 (1:2): Weeks 3-4
30 seconds: High-Intensity Exercise
60 seconds: Rest or Low-Intensity Exercise
Repeat another 10 times, followed by a final 30-second high-intensity blast.
Total time: 17 minutes


Phase 3 (1:1): Weeks 5-6
30 seconds: High-Intensity Exercise
30 seconds: Rest or Low-Intensity Exercise
Repeat another 11 times, followed by a final 30-second high-intensity blast.
Total time: 18.5 minutes


Phase 4 (2:1): Week 7-8
30 seconds: High-Intensity Exercise

if your eating the amount of protein,carbs,calories you need,then you will be fine. you can gain muscle while on fat burners! i have done it and seen it. all matters on protein and carbs! i hope this helped!
