fat or friend? cycle diet

Sorry this is about a 1st cycle once Again but more about my diet to be honest.

Lets get the facts out the way,

25 Next week,
231 pounds in weight,
Been Training on n off over 5 years ,
Never cut Have only trained for strength, never for the show Body look.
Trained hard 4 2 years solid and then 6 months on n off,
Now Im back and hitting it hard Again.

Basically Im doing my first cycle, Been wanting to do this for long time but didnt see the point till i Have the dedication it required.

My diets pretty gd,
Porridge in the morning with protien shake with a ehh and almonds in it (mass gainer),
Couple of cereal bars,
Lunch ~ tuna pasta,
Dinner ~ Rice pudding, greek yougurt or cottage cheese and another protien shake (mass gainer)
Training ~ lean protien shake after
Tea ~ haddock or steak with salad
Before bed~ mass gainer shake.

You get the idea...... Everyday a variation of that,what Im wondering is that i should stop bulking now because i do want get some deffinition and loose the belly, i feel Im good in strength but Now its time to loose the fat once and for all.

The Next thing is my cycle, Im planning on running test e only. My friend has Told me this should Help me loose some of the fat issue, however should i be cutting out these mass gainer shakes now?
My cycle i plan is as follows,


Week 1~2, 2ml x 2 times a week
Week 3~8 1ml x 2 times a week
(Thats a 20ml vyle)
Arimidex 0.5mg Every other day for 1~8 Weeks

Weeks 9~10 clear doing nothing apart from hcg 5000iu solito ova 2 weeks EOD
WEEKS 11~14 pct clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

i Have out some pics up of me as i am now, any experience on this cycle and results and what to expect would be appreciated, and weather what Im trying to achieve is possible.

Im not trying to loose weight i want to become more lean!
 
To become lean, it's all about the diet. You got to many shakes in my mind, I'm not a shake guy at all. More whole foods are better for you. What's your body fat %? How long have you been back "dedicated" to the gym? Running test E for 8 weeks is also a waste of money IMO. Test will take around 4 weeks to kick in. Kicks in next thing you know you are off.. What is your test dosed at? 250 mg/ml?? I think the best thing to do for you is work on a better diet and training the rest will come
 
I agree, natural calories from natural food

I would swap the shakes for food, but Theres no way i would be able to take in the same amount of protein or calories as the shakes because of the work i do i Just wouldnt Have time to eat or even prepare it! Hense why i Have the shakes so i can get in Those calories and protein, and i Have Been back at it for 4 months, 5 days a week, 2 hour sessions.
And Yes it would be 250mg/ml,
I decided to run a cycle like this to see how my Body reacts, i can always run another cycle in the future, but would you run it for longer in general?
 
Why don't you cut your gym sessions down to an hour? That gives you time to prep food and eat? It doesn't matter if you can run another cycle, 8 weeks just isn't worth it.

I agree with this. You can get a lot accomplished in a focused hour at the gym. And if you do 1-2 big cooks a week it actually doesn't take long to prep food. Cook 5 lbs of chicken and 8 cups of rice and you're golden. Then throw in some veggies.

Also agree that 8 weeks is a waste. Wait until you can do at least 12 weeks. You will be much happier in the end results.

Ok, thanks for the info, Il try and get some good grub down me and lay off the shakes a bit, and wait till ive tried that a few months before i start my cycle and then i can Extended it to 12 weeks to!
I guess its better to wait and make the most of it to see better results!
