Sorry this is about a 1st cycle once Again but more about my diet to be honest.
Lets get the facts out the way,
25 Next week,
231 pounds in weight,
Been Training on n off over 5 years ,
Never cut Have only trained for strength, never for the show Body look.
Trained hard 4 2 years solid and then 6 months on n off,
Now Im back and hitting it hard Again.
Basically Im doing my first cycle, Been wanting to do this for long time but didnt see the point till i Have the dedication it required.
My diets pretty gd,
Porridge in the morning with protien shake with a ehh and almonds in it (mass gainer),
Couple of cereal bars,
Lunch ~ tuna pasta,
Dinner ~ Rice pudding, greek yougurt or cottage cheese and another protien shake (mass gainer)
Training ~ lean protien shake after
Tea ~ haddock or steak with salad
Before bed~ mass gainer shake.
You get the idea...... Everyday a variation of that,what Im wondering is that i should stop bulking now because i do want get some deffinition and loose the belly, i feel Im good in strength but Now its time to loose the fat once and for all.
The Next thing is my cycle, Im planning on running test e only. My friend has Told me this should Help me loose some of the fat issue, however should i be cutting out these mass gainer shakes now?
My cycle i plan is as follows,
Week 1~2, 2ml x 2 times a week
Week 3~8 1ml x 2 times a week
(Thats a 20ml vyle)
Arimidex 0.5mg Every other day for 1~8 Weeks
Weeks 9~10 clear doing nothing apart from hcg 5000iu solito ova 2 weeks EOD
WEEKS 11~14 pct clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
i Have out some pics up of me as i am now, any experience on this cycle and results and what to expect would be appreciated, and weather what Im trying to achieve is possible.
Im not trying to loose weight i want to become more lean!
