Fat to Muscle

Hello, How are you all!
Well I have a question for you all, I am a Male that is 5'10, I am 220LB, I have been trying to lose weight for the last 3 months lost abit and gain abit I guess,Total amount of time in the gym last 2 years.
I am lifting weights and doing a 30min bike ride 3 days a week.

I have not yet tryed any Tab or needle, Just seeing what I should take if I were to try it out for a month or two, I would love to get down to 200 by next year or sooner if possiable.

I have try eating better and everything, I just don't think the body is up for losing this MEAT.

I heard and seen on the site people talking about Winstrol Tabs 10mg - Stanabol with test, what will this do for me in 2 months, Is it worth the buy?
 
So Diet would be like no sugar, and less meals?

Or same meals more biking?

Like I work out I guess I don't have the right excercise, or meal planning.

Or should I eat 3 meal a day, and ride bike 30mins a day?
 
Well generally you want to try and eat 6 meals a day about 2 hours apart each. This keeps your metabolism going and dont forget your metabolism doesn't start until your first meal of a day which is why breakfast is so important. As for cardio maybe up the bike to 45 minutes a day if you have the time and or do some running and start off easy if you aren't much of a runner. When excercising they say light weight high reps for better weight loss I really think it depends on the person cause I can lose fat from lifting for strength but for general purpose try the light weight high rep technique. As for what to drink well water is about the best thing I would try to eliminate pop and alcohol all together and if you drink milk skim would be best. I wish you the best of luck on reaching your goal and know if you set your mind to it you can do it.

PS: I would also like to make the claim that its not possible to turn fat into muscle.

like stone mentioned steroids will not make you lose weight in fact your more than likely gonna gain weight do tour research on T3 it drastically increases metabolic activity meaning its gonna increase your metabolism thus resulting in weight loss...also when you do your cardio try to do it when you first wake up in the day on an EMPTY stomach
