Still training for power/strength, but not using a traditional powerlifting routine currently. I guess some would call it a "power building" routine, but I hate that term. Goal is strength, with mass being a benefit.

Day 1: Back, Calves
Day 2: Delts, Traps
Day 3: Biceps, Triceps, Calves
Day 4: Quads, Hamstrings
Day 5: Chest, Calves

At the gym five days a week, with two off days thrown in there. Where they are depends on my work schedule, etc.

This is what I do. I really like it and get plenty of rest.

4 day split

Mon - chest
Tues - legs
Wed - off
Thurs - shoulder, tri
Fri - back, bi
Sat - off
Sun - off

still think a 3 or 4 day split based around thte "LIFTS" not body parts is what the majjority of people should be doing until they have adeveloped physique

This is mine currently and I really like it:

Chest / Shoulders
Legs / Abs
Tri / Bi
Back

I don't have set rest days but I'll go by how I feel and listen to my body. Usually take 2-3 days off and usually try to allow 2 days b/w chest/shoulder day and tri's and 1-2 days b/w bi's and back.
