I LOVE food too... Sushi... mmmmm what a treat! Fresh salmon sashimi... I could eat, eat, eat and eat and eat until I'm so full I'll just fall asleep under the table - lol... So I don't quite know in what category this falls when some friends call me "The terror of the sea" when it comes to Sushi... If you're ever in Montreal and you like sushi, try "Odaki". It's an all you can eat and as long as you eat everything you order, it costs 26$ per person. If you can't finish what you ordered, then it's a dollar a piece you left (you can bring them home, but they'll still charge for what you can't eat in house)
I like chicken breasts or turkey filet, sprinkled with a little bit of cayenne pepper and thyme cooked on my foreman grill with olive oil and served with steamed broccoli... I do admit cheating about once a week, adding a little dab of butter (1/8 of a teaspoon) on my brocoli for a treat... My mom used to call me Miss Butter - she would find me sitting on the countertop at 3 years old, with my fingers in the butter container she would have left there... Try to fix over 20 years of love for butter... I find myself pretty good to eat it only about once a week!
Cheat foods? French Chocolates from the little shop a few blocks away from my place... They are 3 generations of French Maîtres Chocolatiers... Damn... 4$ a piece but damn, they are to DIE FOR. My man constantly saves me from PMS by bringing home a few pieces every 4 to 5 weeks... LOL... Oh and homemade french pancakes (the thin ones) (NOT from a mix, I make them from scratch with half oatmeal / wheat flour, skimmed milk and 3 eggs). With REAL Maple Syrup. Not that Aunt Jamima crap everyone eats... Feels like a total cheat!
