Favourite Shoulder Workout.?

To be honest Im board of my shoulder routine, and progress is slowing so Im looking to spice things up with a new training structure.

Whats your Ideal shoulder routine?
 
dumbbell presses
bent-over laterals
side laterals
upright rows
front laterals every other shoulder day(especially if doing alot of heavy benching)
 
Military Press
Push Press
Clean and Press

Throw in some upright rows, maybe some high pulls and you'll not only have shoulders like boulders, but plenty of explosive power too.
