Female Starting Anavar/Clen cycle- w/ or w/o Supplements?

Hello, this is my first post here! I hope to get a better response than I did on my first post to the other site I tried... :bash:

Okay, here goes...

I am about to start an anavar/clen cycle for a bikini competition. I've never tried it before and always just relied on a lot of supplements. My coach said my current supplements won't interact with anavar/clen and the only thing I need to stop taking is my fat burner... But I've done a lot of research and read some conflicting information.

Currently I take-
***** Plasma Muscle
******** SX-7 Hydroxycut
******** Omega Shread
******* Creatine ATP SX-7
******** Shatter SX-7 Neuro
******* NOXYGEN
******** SX-7 L-Arginine

I take BCAA's, complex carbs, and protein also, but I know those are okay... I know I need to stop the Hydroxycut but is there anything else?

I'm asking because there is limited information about this out there, and you can't just google "can I take x with y" and get reliable information. Sometimes there isn't any information at all. Thanks in advance.

You will likely not find any scientific info on this eclectic combination of supplements plus var and clen.

Play it safe and cut out the stimulants and stick with core supplements - BCAA, Creatine, L-Arginine, NO2.

Most of the over the counter stuff has minimal benefit anyway as compared to the power of clen / var.

Be very careful with clen.

Good luck.

simple - if your going to be taking Var and Clen together, then you simply need to cut all the supplements that you are taking that contain any stimulants.

Thank you both so much! I'm a chemist by trade, but not bio, so while I don't know a lot about these particular compounds, I do know the importance of checking interactions and it's so hard to do that when there isn't a lot of information.

Are you aiming to lose fat or gain muscle. I would save the stims for a cut if that's not your goal.

Creatine supplementation augments the increase in satellite cell and myonuclei number in human skeletal muscle induced by strength training.

Add AAS and you have some potent synergy.

Definitely both, as much as possible

Since you're going for recomp, you will lose fat and gain muscle much slower than doing each individually, The less advanced you are, the easier it will be to achieve though.

It's up to you if you want to use the stims. You need to decide how many calories you are going to take in each day. Deficit, maintenance, or surplus.
