Off any of the drugs (Test, hcg etc) I apparently had low sperm count, low mobility issues.
On the drugs, they didn't improve. On just hcg, they didn't improve.
A fertility doctor (My 3rd doctor) put me on HMG and HCG (HCG 2x a week at 5000iu) After 3 months my sperm levels were super high and mobility was great.
Unfortunately, even with HCG I was not getting the T levels that were making me feel normal.
My doctor said "If you want to makes babies, stay off the T shots. We can do a month trial on T shots but I would not recommend staying on them. At the end of the month we'll see how your T levels are and your sperm count."
So, first injection was 250mg of T and each that follows will be 125mg. I'm still on my HMG and HCG.
From the experience of those here, what would you imagine are the chances this will lower sperm production and mobility?
I'd also like to ask what Clomid or Nolva might do that would help with this issue, if anything?
