Hi guys i might be fighting Boxing / MMA in feb and need to get decent dense lean mass and fitter as i got injured a year ago now getting back into it the last 2 months.
i'm training twice day now resistance and strength in the morn and cardio, fighrt technique trainin in the eve.
i got:
20ml Test prop
20ml Equi 200
20ml masteron
150 anavar
proviron
arimidex
kessar
over 11 weeks
im takin 1st week: 1ml of each
week 2-9 : 2ml of each mon- thurs
i add a ml of Mast100 and TestP 100 week4-7
add anavar from week 5 and prov and kess week 7 and arimi week 9-10
Dhea throughout sound good?
