I wouldn't have the test P come in at week 13 when you last pin your test E at week 12.. Start the test P at week 11 or 12 with your last week of test E. you'll solidify your gains better that way going into pct, imo.
Also,, being your gonna be getting test P anyhow. why not run it at the start of the cycle as well for the first 4 weeks as a front load to the Test E
