HEY GUYS!!!! Been forever since i posted in here. I was supposed to do my show last october but wound up having to have stomach surgery. needless to say it sidelined me pretty bad. So now im back on the grind and surprisingly have my shape and size and strength back. Im about a week late posting this since i started the log about aweek ago so i will play catch up now.



MARCH 29th 2015
EVERYTHTING has finally arrived from EURO PHARMACIES. I have my test prop, my masteron prop and my tren ace, along with enough HGH to run 3iu a day for half a year. I may bump it up to 3.5iu a day just to experiment. On top of all this gear, have courtesy of my friend, two novolog sticks of insulin. Ive talked it over wit him as well as some other guys and have done a ton of research on it. I decided to only run a low dose of it just to see the quickly noticeable image effects as well as what it can do to me on a bulk.. Ive heard from damn near everyone that this combined with hgh will be insane. So to give a quick run down on my cycle before I go and train (will have tons of "blogging material when im done training) this is what my cycle will look like....

Test prop- 150mg ED
Masteron prop-150mg ED
Tre Ace- 100mg ED
HGH- 3-3.5iu ED
Insulin- 6iu ED

MUSCLE GROUPS TRAINED- DELTS ABS CALVES AND TRAPS

Today I decided that even though its my "day off" that I would train before going up to the VFW and volunteering. Went to the gym just to hit some muscle groups that I always seem to somehow "neglect". As much as I neglect training them in a gym setting, im lucky I 'spose', because my career has me working them every damned day It seem. I looked at the time and realized I didn't have much time to train them one at a time so what did I do? I set up a circuit consisting of 75lb dumbbells for standing military press, then hold them out to your side and do calf raises (whih burnsssss) then in the same position as I would do the calf raises, I did single arm shrugs. Normally I have a pre determined rep and set rang.... however, sometimes its nice to spice things up and change it up for a day. I personally think it gives your muscles a needed "break" so to speak and like you, your muscles need that change of pace as well, because if not, muscle complacency kicks in and you wont be getting any gains. I do believe I did roughly 5sets of 15-21reps of this for each group. Its funny...even when I say im not really gonna focus on the reps, I still end up doing 15-21 of em. Its a solid amount to do,especially if its just a light day. Then to end it, I did 4 sets of 100 flutter kicks followed by 4, 1 minute forward planks then same time intervals but on each side. All in all, it was a great "quickie" I pulled off before my day started.
 
Monday march 30

Muscles trained- Chest

Today started off as a wacky day. I woke up at an odd time so preparing my meals was slightly wack. Thank god for karbolyn and protein powder lol. I dont normally do that for a meal but when its that or a subway, im goin with the protein powder route. Finally got to be gym time and i was feeling great. Had about 350g of carbs already in me so the carb pump was on.
I started off doing dumbbell incline press. 80x15, 90x15, 100x15, 120x10, 130x8, 70s to failure. I took only a 30-45second break between these sets. After this routine was finished, i took about 2-3minutes and recouped. Then i hit the cables. I did 4sets of 21 where i would bring the cables straight out. i had them lowered to when i would grab the handle. i was equal with my nose. I have found this is one of the most efficient ways of achieving the "T or V" on your upper chest. After this routine was complete, (once again, only 30-45sec between sets) i moved over to the smith machine and did flat bench and set it at 315 and did 5 sets of 8 with it. (the other normal benches were taken up). My chest was really feeling solid, pumped and on fire, so i decided to do one more exercise. Incline dumbbell flys. Ive never been a fan of doing them for low reps, however, I do enjoy doing heavier weight for higher reps, with really pushing my body. I started off with the 45x15, 55x12, 60x9, 65x8. After that, my chest was at failure and there was no point in continuing another exercise or movement. I can really feel the tren giving me that extra "push" while the masteron definitely hardens me up like crazy. I will say, these HGH kits are down right amazing. fingers and hands are nice and tingly almost constantly. girls i know have commented on how my abs and mid section have all of a sudden hardened up on top of the definition. I start insulin tomorrow so that will be an intersting add on to this cycle.

Muscles trained- Arms


Today...Yes, today. Today my insulin arrived from my friend and his lovely prescription. NOVOLOG INSULIN. Ive read enough dosing protocols to decide that I will run between 5-7iu post workout. I have ran it once before for about 3weeks and LOVED IT. So why not a better day to test it out then on arms, which are my least favorite group to train since they are a tad bit to big for physique (still 19 inches flexed and 21 pumped flexed).

Started off with 4 sets of 12 with the 50lb dumbbells with my back against the wall doing standing curls. I didnt want to go any heavier since i DO NOT NEED MORE MASS. My 5th set, i did the 25s for failure and WHEW!!! talk about one hell of a burn.
Same as chest, I am only taking 30-45seconds between sets and 2-3 minutes between exercises. Next I did cable bar curls. Not sure what the weight equals but I did 4sets wide grip elbows tight to side and pulled back for 15reps. I have become a fan of this movement for it really hits the peak and the outer peak. My next movement i chose was standing/half bent over single arm hammer curls. Talk about isolating the muscle!!!! I did 5sets with the 40 and 45 for 12-15reps. I learned from a pro that the less you focus on the number of reps and focus more on the rep at hand, the more you will achieve. (its true lol). At this point, my biceps were TOAST and I called it a day... Then realized, damnit i still have triceps to do. Thank god this tren prop mast gives me hella more endurance because I DEFINITELY needed it today. Triceps, I will say i am very lucky because i naturally have large triceps. I only did 2 exercises for them but did 6sets each exercise. First one was the triangle push down. I did the stack for 4sets of 15, then dropped it down a few notches and did the remaining 2sets for roughly 21 reps. TRICEPS WERE ON FIRE. Next up was the rope. I LOVE THIS ONE. Nothing but light weight and god, you really can fry your triceps doing this properly. I did 6sets of 21 VERY SLOWLY. The weight wasnt much, but i made sure i felt every bit of it. Once that was done, I hauled ass home, injected my insulin, waited 10minutes and made my protein shake with 70g carbs of karbolyn. Then 45min later i had 8oz chicken breast and another 70-80grams of carbs. GOOD LORD I SERIOUSLY COULDNT STOP EATING. By the time I went to bed (super early, like before 1030pm) i had consumed an additonal 280g of carbs. ALL CLEAN CARBS, but still!!!! however, i woke up the next morning shredded and i was in disbelief. Anyways, back day is next to log.

Muscles trained- Back


My favorite muscle to train...Back.
I couldnt decide how i was going to do it today. Was i going to do higher rep dead lifts and lower rep bar bell rows? or was it going to be vise versa. Well my friends, it was heavy and heavy lol. Started off warming up deadlifts 225x10. Then, as follows...315x8, 405x8, 465x7, 505x4, 315xfailure. I had made sure I was ALL CARBED UP AND READY TO DESTROY IT TODAY!!!! With deadlifts, I do take about 2-3min between sets when doing heavy deads. After deadlifts were done, I moved the bar over and did underhand bent over rows. I just left 225lbs on and did 4sets of ehhh, 10-15. Once again, i go back to what the pro told me...focus on the rep and not the number. Works every time. I wound up doing 5sets of closer to 15 then 10 of these bad boys with perfect form (with my compression fractured back, if i do anything but perfect form, you will get an apology letter from me for having to retire lol), and Z would be pissed. I really could feel the tren raging today, because with each rep, i was already planning on killing the next one. After I was done with this movement, i moved on over to the lat pull down. But something changed my mind. instead, i decided to do weighted pullups. SOLID MOVE AND SOLID CHOICE ON MY PART...AND LET ME TELL YOU, THAT TREN FEELING CAME OUT FULL FORCE FOR THIS ROUTINE. I strapped on to start a 45lb plate and did 15pullups. Ok, that wasnt so bad. So i added a 25 on. (MIND YOU, ID RATHER DO 5PERFECT FORM THAN 10HALF ASSED). I wound up doing this for 12, and it was a very very very difficult 12 with perfect form. If i would have swung with it, I coulda done 15, but thats just cheating myself. So i stripped the 25 off and just went with the 45 and figured i could use this movement as my light weight defining movement. So i did 2 more sets of it and my lats felt as if they were going to pop out the sides of my shirt. Last set i stripped off the weight belt and just did as many as i could to failure. People, if you want that tapered massive wide back, PULL UPS AND DEAD LIFTS!!!!!! im telling ya, its a go to movement if ya want that back poppin out!!! Once i got home, i hit the insulin again, and once again, lol, same effects. Woke up this AM and looked shredded as hell and could definitely see a difference. I cant wait to weigh myself tonight. It should be solid.

Thursday April 2nd
Muscle group trained- quads calves and delts.


So I've decided as of late (like over the last few weeks maybe a month tops) that I'm gonna try a new workout angle for the wheels. Since dead lifts fry your hamstrings why not do back and hammys one day (I'd only throw in one more hammy exercise) then that'd be it. So I decided to go with that method. So instead of "leg day" it'll be either back and hammy day or delt and quad day. So today was quads and delts. I started off seated military press with dumbbells. I really don't do much for delts as they have grown on their own from my time in the army. So I did 70x15, 80x15, 90x10, 100x12, 120x9. My delts were blown up at this point. Next I grabbed the 25lb db and did very slow and concentrated side lateral raises. I stuck with the 25s and did them for 4 sets of 21. Talk about a burn!!!! After that, I did the same with side lateral raises. Worked out lovely. Did 4sets of the same with front raises. After that, my delts were toasted and done!


Next body group was my quads. I don't really have to do much with them. I started off with narrow stance parrelel box squats. 135x15, 225x15, 315x10, 405x8, and 465x5. After that I went to the seated leg extentions and did 4sets of single leg extentions all for 21reps with the same weight then did dual leg extentions with a tad bit heavier weight but did them super slow. That was all I did for quads as I do not really have to worry about size with these boys but more so definition.


The last exercise was calves. All I did was 6sets of standing toe raises with a 70lb db in each hand. The pumps were intense and insane. This Tren is sure as hell giving me the "Tren pumps" and the masteron is definitely tightening up my skin. The test prop, well that's just a given that it works lol. The hgh also has been having my digits very tingly and numb plus I can tell a difference already in my appearance and muscle recovety. AMAZING PRODUCT!!!!

Muscle groups trained- Total body!


this has been the first week that i haven't done crossfit in the early AM and then regular lifting in the PM. So, I decided to get back into it. What I think keeps me large yet defined is the crossfit. I only do the hero WODs which are more hardcore. I don't care what anyone says about crossfit, because at the end of the day these guys can Deadlift just as much as you AND run 2miles in a sub 12.

This really put my cycle to the test. I know Tren gives ya crazy strength but it also takes away endurance. Lucky for me it didn't bother me much at all. I think quite possibly the masteron counter acted any of the Tren sides because i straight killed this workout. I also think the hgh and insulin helped greatly. I will admit today was the first time I tried the karbolyn intra workout. I've never been one to do intra workout drinks but I tried the karbolyn and holy hell it boosted my strength and endurance.

40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm

The snatches are full squat snatches.
 
APRIL 4th thru the 8th (yesterday) i was admitted in the hospital so I have nothing to log besides i had a buddy bring me my iso100 and my karbolyn and pins so i atleast could still relatively eat healthy lol. Talk about a shitty feeling. It was complications from when i had my stomach surgery awhile back (when i dissapeared from the forums). I got home yesterday at around 5pm and i said oh what the hell, and did 5IU of growth and then 6hrs later another 5iu of growth, that way i atleast in my mind, caught up since thats the one thing i didnt have while in the hospital.

Today though, i will be going to the gym in a few hours to bang out chest, so I will have a much more documented log than this little update im posting now.

APRIL 9th
MUSCLES TRAINED: CHEST


since being in the hospital these last days, I really wanted to go full bore and kill it today, however, I knew that doing so, would and could set me back a bit. Well let's just say that my stength was still there but holy hell my endurance was shit!!! I started off with incline dumbbell press. I warmed up 80x15, 100x12, 120x8, 140x5 then dropped down to 80s and did a set for failure. Next one was cable flys. I had the level set to where my arms leveled out to my side and brought cables leveled to to my chin. I did 5 sets of 21. Kept the weight at the same and focused most importantly on form and squeeze. Almost as if doing negatives. This routine really helps define that "V or T" everyone once on their upper chest. Next routine I went to flat bench and started off with 225x10, 285x8, 315x8, 365x7. Thats when my muscles went and said "hey Jonny, u dumbass, u haven't been outta the hospital for more than 24hrs. LoL. I was really wanting to do 365 for 13. Owell. I decided to do one last exercise... Incline dumbbell flys. Started with 50x12, 55x10, 60x8, 70x8, 45x16. Was going to call it quits but decided to do my 4 sets of 150flutter kicks followed by 4min of side planks on each side. Abs felt lit!!

And lemme just tell you guys... This Tren and masteron are kicking in more and more each day. And Zs growth is by fat the best I have ever ran. My skin and abdominal section is just sooo tight and vascular. I mean, I know masteron tightens the skin but this is a different feeling. Also, I feel more rejuvenated and my back injuries are starting to feel a bit better last few days. I still can't believe we are the only country that does not prescribe HGH for injury recovery. All and all, I have zero complaints once again not that I ever have lol. This cycle, with Z, and with all of his gear and HGH once again shows how amazing and top notch his company is in this world of gear and hgh. I would and still do, recommend his products to everyone I know. They see the results it has done for me with my spot on nutrition. I can't wait to get the serum results back from this hgh soon enough!!!! Well guys and girls, goodnight!

April 10-13 i took a break and just focused on diet and doing flutter kicks in the living room and calf raises with 50lb db in each hand. My body needed the rest after the hospital. Lemme tell ya, its no fun. i atleast was able to get that chest workout in. Its funny, as long as i keep my diet on track, and continue my supplements, i havent noticed a single change in appearance. Strength is the same, but obviously my endurance is gonna need a day or two of solid training to get it back. NOW I WILL POST THE PAST UPDATES SINCE BEING BACK IN THE GYM.

APRIL 14th
MUSCLE GROUP TRAINED: LEGS


So once again im back into the swing of things and figured I need to kick it into gear since ive been sidelined with hospital stays and then the obvious rest. Im also training a friend of mine whos trying to lose a good amount of weight, so on tuesdays and saturdays and sundays she trains with me.
I started off warming up with squatting 135x15 to really loosen up my muscles. I personally enjoy low box squats compared to regular squats. if anything, they are more challenging AND they fry your hamstrings. My next set i did 225x10 followed by a 3minute pause. Next was 335x8 followed by 405x5, then 465x3. My muscle endurance hadnt had the chance to catch up yet so that explains the sudden muscle failure. So i dropped it down to 285 and went to failure which i want to say was roughly between 18-23.
My next exercise was single leg, leg extensions. I did 2sets of 90lbs for 21 reps, followed by 3sets of 180lbs dual leg for 15-21 reps. I really love doing these in the high rep range because it seems this way really isolates and defines that teardrop and also the sweep. I took a 5minute break to catch my breath and stretch my stomach out. Once that was complete, i headed over and did stiff legged dead lifts. Once again, higher volume but at the same time higher weight. I did 135x15, 185x13, 225x12, 225x10, 225x10 then dropped it down to 135 and went to failure which was 20 reps.
I really can feel the tren working due to the added extra rep im able to do. Also, the masteron has insanely dried my skin out, combined with the HGH which i upped to 4iu a day for the next few months, has given me the much desired grainy, full of road mapped veins. If i didnt love prop so much and know for a fact that this exact stack worked so well last time during my bulk, i would have just went with sustanon due to the every day pinning. granted I would still have to pin every day since i am doing 150mg masteron ED, 100mg Tren ED and 150mg Test prop ED. APRIL 15TH
MUSCLE GROUP TRAINED: ARMS


I know everyone LOVES arm day, but me personally, i HATE it. lol. For one, my arms blow up and for physique i cant have them be 20inches flexed like they are right now. I mean, I could, but Im not quite sure how some of the judges would feel about that. Even though im a few days behind writing about the 15th, i took down notes of how i was feeling. Let me tell you, before i even got to the gym, my arms were pumped. TREN has seriously kicked in full effect along with the masteron. I know the prop is working, but u see more from the tren and masteron.

BICEPS

Standing DB curls: 50x12, 55x10, 55x9, 35x15
Seated incline DB Hammer curls: 40x10, 45x10, 50x8, 50x5 then 30x7.
Standing Straight bar Curls: 90x15, 120x12, 120x10, 75x18

TRICEPS

Incline skull crushers: 100x15, 110x20, 120x14, 100x21, 90x21
Triangle Pushdown Double pulley system: Entire stack for 5 sets of 15-21. I dont keep count on these, instead go for feel.
Rope Pull Downs: Once again, double pulley system but i do very light weight and do 5 sets of 21-25reps.

This is why I hate arm day lol. I can barely move my arms to do anything after working them out. Those tren pumps really destroy my arms. Thankfully I dont get the back pumps like some do. I only get the arm pumps.
Also, weighed myself, im up to 226 which is great!!!!! I really can feel this HGH working. My friends have noticed the slightly larger fingers and the insane veins on my abs when ive gone to the beach. It really is an amazing product and thats what i LOVE ABOUT Z's GROWTH!!!! ITS ALWAYS RELIABLE JUST LIKE ALL HIS GEAR. I tell everyone that asks me, to check his site out and order from it.
 
APRIL 16TH
MUSCLE GROUP TRAINED: BACK


Now that arm day had passed, i knew what was next...BACK DAY!!!! I absolutely love doing back. For some reason I feel it releases even more natural test than legs do. Maybe it's just me tho? I had to decide, was it going to be high volume everything? Or was I going to break it up a bit and do half heavy low reps and the remaining high volume heavish weight. I chose the nuclear option lol. Started off by just bangin out 20 wide grip pull-ups to loosen my back up a bit. Then I went straight into dead lifts. Started 225x10, 335x8, 385x6, 425x4, 485x3, 525x2. I felt like each rep I could do one more! God this Tren and prop really makes a difference when ya up it by 50mg ED. Not only do I feel it in the gym but it also has insanely increased my appetite. Ok, moving on... Next exercise I did was bent over underhand barbell rows. The reason I do them underhand, it kills your lats 10x more than overhand. It really isolates the lat. I started with 185x21. Then I did 3 solid sets of 225x15. Last set I upped it to 285 and did 4slow controlled reps then drop setted to 135 where i went to failure which was roughly at the 19-22rep ballpark. After this exercise was complete I couldn't decide what to do lol. So I grabbed a weight belt and threw on a 45lb plate and did wide pull-ups to failure for about 6-7sets. I really wasn't counting but more going by feel.

Once again, I am well, not surprised at how high of quality euro pharms is but that's only because it's all I run and I have never had an issue. Plus, the guys behind the curtain so to speak are amazing and truly care about all their customers and also care about us sponsored athletes. It's a great feeling knowing that you are sponsored by one of the legends in the playing field of anabolics. Gives you a total sense of trust that well for 1, if I'm sponsored, I must be doing something definitely right and also that I never need worry about quality of product. This goes for his HGH as well. I can't wait for the hgh serum test so I can post results for you guys to see. I honestly wouldn't run anyone else's growth besides his.

MUSCLE GROUP TRAINED: CHEST


Ok, I have mixed feelings about doing chest. Yeh, i love it, but then again, I prefer lower body over upper lol. I will say, chest day over arm day ANYTIME!!!!! Chest is fun to train, and surprisingly its my weakest link so to speak. I wanted to do incline DB press so i had to drive to my other gym that has the heavier DBs that go up to 150. It sucks, cuz with all these snowbirds down here, traffic is a nightmare. I decided to go train at the legendary POWERHOUSE GYM DOWNTOWN TAMPA. They have DBs that go up to 200lbs. Freakin' crazy lol. Once i got in, and could focus my eyes on the weights, and not on the plethora of hot sexy girls in tight yoga pants and fake boobs, i settled into my bench close to the heavy DBs. Now everyone at this gym besides the hardcore competitors (bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfit, physique, pro athletes) are the typical jersey shore wannabees. Its FUCKING TAMPA FLORIDA FOR GOD SAKES!!!!! yeh, its in the real nice part of downtown but come on guys, why the hell are you wearing a 80$ Vneck shirt to workout in LMAO.

Anyways, Me, i stand out cuz i rock my converse high top chuck Taylors and have full sleeves of tattoos lol. (the yoga pant women notice this) and im rockin an old SF team shirt. Anyways, thats just a little description of the clientele there... The gym itself is FUCKING AMAZING though.

Ok, incline DB press. Warmed up with the 70s for 10 "slow stretching almost" reps lol. Followed by that, 90x15, 100x21, 120x12, 130x12, 140x8, 150x7 (damn thing was to girthy for my hands to grip and i lost my grip so i set it down). People looked at me very oddly and gave me a dear jesus hes got strength type look. I had to take a 5min break after this routine, my chest was on fire plus my hands were cursing me demanding why i had to use the DBs with the thick thick part ya grip it with lol. (For the record, ive always been stronger with DB incline than i have with any other chest routine). After my little break i went over to the cable machine and positioned the cables to where if i raised my arms straight out to my side they were there, and i would bring then far out and line my thumbs up with my chin. (this really helps grow that "T" or "V" that everyone wants on their upper chest. Every cable machine is different when it comes to the weight number on it, so i will just say that I did 5 sets of this at a heavy, yet still able to do 15-21reps if i reallllllly pushed it and still having perfect form. After that was complete, i went to the smith machine (since the benches were taken up buy guys who would spend 10min between sets talking (fucking hate that). SO i used the smith machine and put it at a slight slight incline level (not as steep as when i do DB press. I put on 225 and started to do my reps when out of the corner of my eye, a bench opened up. HALT THE BREAKS!!! lol. grabbed my things and hauled ass over to that bench. I put on 185 just so i could get the feel again if need be. I did that for 15 easy reps. Next i put on 255 and did that for 10 reps. Once again, really easy. Kind of surprised me, not gonna lie. I figured since ive already done high volume, hell why not just see what i can do in the 5-8 rep range. 315x6, 365x4, 385x4, and totally shocked me, 405x3!!!!!!

Once again, and ill say it again.... EURO PHARMACY is by far the best i have ever run. Even when I used to make my own back in the day and that shit was potent as well. But EP hands down, best of the best. I mean think about it, How could a company like his still be going this strong and have this big of a following still if his products werent ALWAYS TOP NOTCH. People i know ask me where do i buy it from and i tell them im a sponsored athlete and by far the best site to order is from your website. I know for a fact my friends use it cuz theyve sent me pics and what do ya know, theres our lables on it!!!!

APRIL 19TH
MUSCLE GROUP TRAINED:
TOTAL BODY QUICK CROSS FIT WOD

This exercise is called "THE SEVEN".
It really fries ya and makes ya want to do more yet at the same time, your body is tapped. Its great for endurance training as well. I always try at least once a week to do a cross fit WOD. I used to do more, and now im thinking I will. The gear really helps with my endurance and the HGH seems to eliminate any muscle fatigue I get, which is AWESOME!!!!

Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood

MUSCLE GROUPS TRAINED: BACK


Normally monday is chest day for let's face it, 95% of the population that goto the gym on a regular basis,no matter what their size is. Me, ive always been different. It's not that I want to stick out because I'm "that guy" who's doing back on a chest day or legs on arms day. I do it because i can have plenty of room and not worry about fighting over a bench or machine or bar. Today really felt great. The Tren and masteron are in full effect (obviously the prop is too) and the hgh is really helping my back injuries and also I can tell when my shirt is off and i look at my abs and all throughout my abs are veins. I honestly don't know what's giving me the extremely hard and pumped muscles. I'm going to take a guess and say masteron because these last 12days ive upped the masteron to 200mg a day and Tren to roughly 130-140mg a day. Since doing that, I have noticed a significant increase in muscle firmness. Now, on to what I trained today. I wound up doing heavy, low rep range deadlifts, high rep, High weight underhand barbell rows, then I sat at the lat pulldown machine, and instead of doing the wide grip pulldown, I put a cable ring onto the clasp and did single arm lat pulldown's to where I got the perfect squeeze. After that was complete I burned out with plain and simple wide grip pull-ups. Once again, I cannot begin to say how happy and thrilled I am with euro pharmacies. They are by far the best gear I have ever used. I know I sound like a broken record, because I say this all the time, but hey, can you blame me? My diet doesn't change, I don't add or take out things that I randomly eat, everything is the same, yet my body physically and visibly knows when I am on euro pharmacy gear.

Set 2- 15 reps nice and slow
Set 3- 12 reps nice and slow
Set 4- 9 reps nice and slow

PULL-UPS (I did not count the reps just went by feeling)
6 sets with roughly 12-15 reps

APRIL 21
MUSCLE GROUP TRAINED: CHEST

As you all know chest has never been my favorite to train, so I have finally decided to spice it up and change my routine. I'm doing a mixture of heavy low rep range to start off and then the remaining exercises are more of a medium weight high volume with only 30second pauses between sets. So far the prop Tren and masteron have been keeping me great despite my intestinal issues from surgery that have set me back. I also say the hgh is helping too as well. So for chest I decided to do less incline and focus more on flat for a few weeks. I start off doing flat bar bench for 5 sets then I move to arms straight out cable flys then move to incline smith machine press with static pause for 3seconds then bring down super slow. Mind you, everything besides the flat bench at the beggining is all medium weight high volumes. I am doing a minimum 4set per exercise but mainly 5sets. So this is what my workout looked like today.


FLAT BENCH:
135x15, 225x10, 315x6, 385x5, 425x4, 455x3
STRAIGHT OUT CABLE FLY: it's a dual pulley so the weight could be different than yours but I set it at 30x15, 35x15, 30x15, 40x8 drop set to 25x21.
INCLINE SMITH MACHINE: 185x21, 255x15, 255x12, 285x9, 185x19
FLAT DB FLYS: 40x15, 45x15, 55x12, 65x10, 70x8


I can really feel the endurance building back in my muscles I definitely don't get the Tren fatigue some people get but I will say it does make me sluggish during the day. The HGH is by far the best I've ever run. I has my skin so damned tight and grainy it's insane. I also contribute that to the mix of Tren and masteron. I've changed the dosing a bit on the Tren and mast. I pin every day 150mg prop but every other day I mix it from 100 to 150 with the masteron and when I'm at 100 with the mast I'm at 75 with Tren and when I'm 150 with mast I'm at 100 with Tren. Masteron really works wonders on keeping gyno away and also acts as an estrogen blocker which is freaking amazing. Helps me out greatly. And the prop, it it so super smooth. The hgh has greatly helped my back injuries while also putting on size and lean gains. I've upped it to 5iu a day and I can definitely feel it. When I'm finished tonight catching up,I have progress pics to up load with dates that you can really tell what Euro pharms quality is all about. Also have some good ab/core videos to upload if someone could help me upload videos.
By the end of catching up I will tell you how changing my routine has greatly helped My gains. I believe that every 3weeks or so you should change up a bit so u don't become complacent and you always are keeping your muscles firing. And also, taking days off really helps as well as long as you maintain your diet. There's no point in overworking your body. If you have solid nutrition and supplements, days off will only help you out even more.
