Finasteride while on TRT and during blast

My hair has been thinning out over the last two years. I've thought about just shaving it all off or even getting hair transplant.

However, before going one way or the other, I wondered what experiences people have while on cycle or on TRT and adding Finasteride.

Did you have to adjust your TRT or cycle protocol? And if so, by how much?

Did you suffer any unwanted sides from Finasteride? If yes, what are/were they?

Those currently using Finasteride, do you have any advise for someone who might start taking it?

This is a pure vanity issue. I think if I start to shave my head, I'll be happy. At the same time, I'd love to grow some long hair one more time before I retire that part of my life.

don't take me as much of an example because i'm pretty sure i don't really have the bald gene. i've been on since 2012 and there is no visible difference in my hair at all. maybe a tiny bit just because i'm getting older but it seems to be going at a natural rate

that being said, i've just started taking finasteride a couple weeks ago. it should take a couple months before you stop shedding so be patient.

either way, going with how vain i am i'll probably get a hair transplant down the road.

I also had hair loss issues then i started putting fresh aloe juice from the plant on my head and 2 months later still had no new hair growth.

testosterone replacement can be safely prescribed alongside finasteride in patients with low testosterone (predominantly for general well being and bone strength) and benign prostatic hypertrophy.
