hello I wanted to get everyone's opinion here on finestgear.to

They used to be a legit company but things seem to be going downhill. My order is more the. 30 days old and Usps is still showing up as "label created not yet in the system" They keep telling me everyday that the item is going to be dropped off at Usps but I am doubtful as I asked for the original non Usps tracking number and they say they dont have it. I also asked for a refund as there website says that if its been more the. 30 days since ordered and item not received that yhey will give a refund and they aren't giving.me one because they say that the product is still in rout to its destination. I also asked for a date when they would give a refund if I didnt receive the item and they won't give me one.
 
update on the above. So it seems as tho things are still not good. They are not giving me a date when they said they will be issuing a refund. So if the item isn't received in 1 week 2 weeks 1 month 2 months I guess they will just continue to say that the item is still in the mail.

so now they are simply ignoring me because I am asking a very fair question of "On what date will you be issuing a refund if my items don't arrive"

It's a shame this company went downhill they used to be very good when TJ was there. I had heard that from those in the community that they were having a lot of problems with the feds and there Zelle payments being frozen.

At this point I would.be very weary of using them. I'm still hopeful for a positive outcome and I will keep everyone updated here.

I got a email response today from finest.to still the same as every other day. They refuse to answer my questions of

on what date if the package still isnt released to Usps will I be issued a Zelle refund for order number 2204324


what is the original international non Usps tracking.number for order 2204324

update on my order with finest.to still the same today they still won't answer my simple questions and came back with this response. The email response isn't written in the best English which makes me believe that there customer service is no longer handled by people from the USA which would partially explain the lowering of

The package already do shipment. We do really apologize for this delay, for the availability of the tracking number please give us some time since when we ship internationally, courier doesn't immediately gave us the tracking, usually it takes 3 days or so for them to gave u the racking. And once the tracking is available, it hould update it clears customs. We need also to wait if you will be given a new track number or still used the old one. Once it is all available we will get back to you as soon as possible for update. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, have a bless day!
