Finishing up 1st cycle

Coming to the end of what has been a great first cycle. ran test e @ 500mg a week for 12 weeks. aromaisn 12.5 ed, my cycle ends fri, gonna blast HCG , 500ius a day for 10 days, then start my nolva/clomid 4 days after that.

Here is what I was looking at for cycle number 2.

sustanon 250 - 500mg week 1-12
deca - 400mg week 1-11
aromasin 12.5 ed for entire cycle and pct
HCG 500 ius a week, then 500ius ed 10 days before pct.
torimefine for pct

I don't have any comments for second cycle, but have a couple on your first!

What kind of gains did you make/how fast? In terms of weight gain and strength increase.

Run your Sustanon at 600mg - 200mg eod for 14 weeks
deca 400-450 split 2x week - 12 weeks
Everything else looks great... nice work

I never ran test only... How did the 500mg/week feel ? Do you think 600 would have been better ?

if it aint broke , dont fix it.

if the 1st cycle went that well run it again , maybe upping the dose to 600mg for 12 -14 weeks.

dont start adding stuff like deca or tren which are harder to recover from when you dont have to have them.

I have the results under my steroid cycle forum, but Ill post here.

Starting weight, 196lb. Week 11 weight, 209.
Starting bench, 385lb 1 rep max. Week 11 1 rep max, 430.
Starting squat, 365x5, week 11 squat 425x5.

basically all my compound lifts went up a ton.

libido has been through the roof and so on. I will definantly take dadawgs advice and stick with test only again for second cycle, just upping dosage too 600mg a week. Starting pct in a couple weeks, Ill be sure to let everyone know how that goes. Ill try and post a picture up as soon as I can.
