My TRT dose is 80mg and .5 ai E3.5d. so 160 mg of cyp and 1 ai per week.

I'm now blasting 400mg a week. Questions:

Should I up my ai all at once? Or gradually increase dose? I know Cyp takes about a month to saturate your system.

By how much should I increase my ai dose? If I do the math, assume 1 ai per 160mg of cyp. Then 400mg should be 2.5 ai a week ( obviously I'll split ai dose up during the week)

I'm surprised you need that much Adex considering your low BF. Where are your e levels with your trt protocol?

it's a good idea to state your AI, as there's 3 main AIs. Letro, arimidex (adex) and aromasin (asin). All are dosed differently.

Your math will be incorrect as your theory is wrong, it gets harder and harder to have a correct AI dose, the higher your aromatizing compounds. I.e. after a gram or more of aromatising hormones, people start using letro or dosing their adex ED just to compensate. Ergo, they get into the realm of doubling their AI dose from 750mg to 1000mg.

As such, "1 ai for 160mg of cyp" doesn't make sense, so I can't help you.

At 400mg of cyp a week I'd take 12.5mg asin e3d or 0.25mg adex EOD/E3D.

Thanks - should have stated my ai is Adex. Today I take 1mg of adex per week with 180mg of cyp. I'm not a big guy, so 180 mg of cyp puts my trough at 1150 TT and e at around 40.

I get that at very high doses ai must be increased exponentially. I'm only talking about 400mg of cyp a week so I *shouldn't* fall into this category.

I'm sub 10% BF but I still amortize like a Mo Fo

that's a shame, as at sub 10% for that amount I really don't even need an AI. I just don't go posting that, because most ppl are way fatter than they think.

Yes - I'm going to start at .5mg on injection day and .25mg on non injection days. I inject e3.5d.

That will put me at 2.25 mg a week of adex for a 400mg cyp cycle

I know, sounds like a lot. But on 160mg of cyp I take 1 mg of adex a week.

Yes - about 2 weeks ago. Going well so far. Don't seem to have any crashing e2 symptoms.
