Just finished cutting (down to ~12%). Didn't bother getting too lean as it's winter in Australia.
Did first pin 4 days ago into quad. Won't be doing that again... injection didn't hurt at all (25g 1") but my quad ached for 3 days after so couldn't squat/deadlift, will stick to glute injections from now on.
Running 300mg/ml Test E so going to pin 1.5ml each Monday. Will run for 12 weeks or maybe 13 if I end up having enough for another pin (have 6g Test total).
So cycle will be:
Have Arimidex on hand if gyno flares up.
Current stats are 23yo, 6'2, 87kg (190lb) @ ~12%
Diet will look something like:
Meal 1
1 Scoop whey
500ml Milk
1 Banana
3 Fish oil caps
Meal 2 (stir-fry)
350g Chicken
1 Cup brown rice
Vegetables
1 tbsp of sesame oil
Meal 3 (pre-workout)
1/2 Cup oats
1 Scoop whey
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon honey
Meal 4 (stir-fry)
350g Chicken
1 Cup brown rice
Vegetables
1 tbsp sesame oil
Meal 5 (before bed)
500g Low fat cottage cheese
Breakdown:
340g carbs (32%)
400g protein (38%)
140g fat (30%)
4100 Calories total

Want to minimise fat gain, but at the same time want to gain as much size/strength as possible (guess that's a no brainer).
If anyone sees anything I'm doing wrong here or could do better please let me know.Or any other advice it would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully all goes well!

- Week 15 2x20mg Nolva ED
- Weeks 16-18 20mg Nolva ED
