First cycle <500mg test e

Background- 5'10 221lbs ~13%bf 21y/o
I've been training 4 days a week for the past 3 years straight. Ive been reading on this board for a couple years now getting to know everything i can about diet, training, and gear. I started at 128lbs and recently i've been stuck around 220lbs so i feel i have a pretty solid diet as well with my training. I'm thinking about doing my first cycle here in a couple months or so and was wondering what everyone thought of a first cycle around 300-400mgs/wk of test e. I'm looking to use the least amount and still gain 5-10 solid lbs. I searched and really didnt come up with much on that dose for a first cycle..it seems like the idea just came and went. So give me your thoughts and opinions on 500wk vs 300-400. Is there going to be much dif. between the two? I'm hoping i can make decent gains on 350wk then for a 2nd cycle 500wk next winter or so. How realistic is this? I will be upping cals and protein accordingly for a bulking cycle.
 
That is a great idea.....and don't let anyone tell you different.

Go with 300-350mg/week for your first, providing your diet and training are in check, you'll make some good gains.
 
I agree, if you have a good diet, hard training and sleep well 350mg will make you grow good. Ofcourse 500 will give you more gains but 350 you will do great with.

Thanks for the input fellas...I was just trying to make sure that 350 would be enough to grow. Anymore input would be appreciated esp anyone who tried 350mg/wk for 10-12 weeks. What were your stats before and after!? I'm guessing that sides would be minimal to non-existent..but of course i'll have my nolva in case.

And yea..the difference is night and day...i only wish i had taken some before photos..i'll definitly get some before and after cycle photos so everyone can see what 350 for a first cycle can do.
