First Cycle 600mg Test E only. Ogre's First Cycle

This is my First cycle, I'll update every couple days.

Stats:
22 years old
6'4''
222lbs as of yesterday
Biceps 17 1/2 for both cold
34'' waist

I've been working out on and off for about 8 years, but in the last 2 i've been regular with it.

Cycle:
15 weeks of 600mg Testosterone Enanthate
Pins on Monday and Thursday 300mg each
I have Arimidex but im going the don't use it til i need it path

PCT:
HCG starting last week of cycle and continuing for a month
Novladex 2 weeks after last pin
I was offered some Synthroid? not exactly sure what thats for so if anyone knows and could help me out that would be awesome

Diet:
6 meals a day plenty of carbs and protein (If anyone is interested i'll break down my diet more)

Workout:
Monday - Chest/Bis
Tuesday - Back/Traps
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Power movements(Cleans, Dead lifts)/Tris

My current workout is 4 microcycles through 3 phases. Each microcycle lasting one week, each phase lasting one month.
Phase 1
Micro 1 is rep range 12-15 with rest pause on my last set of each movement
Micro 2 is rep range 9-11 with rest pause on my last set of each movement
Micro 3 is rep range 6-8 with a drop set on my last set of each movement
Micro 4 is rep range 3-5 with a drop set on my last set of each movement

I then start back over for phase 2 (month 2) and again for phase 3

first 2 aren't flexed but the rest are.

Alright Had my first pin on 5/23/13 in right glute, pin went well (had my buddy do it who's a nurse) Excited for the coming weeks.
Please comment about anything, any questions, tips, anything at all.

Great looking cycle! Good job on doing some research beforehand and not going apeshit with compounds lol. On on wk7 today of test E ~625mg/wk for 16wks. I went with the other route for Adex, .25mg/EOD from day one, but to each their own so long as you're aware of the pros and cons of each. My sister takes synthroid, she's diabetic with hypothyroidism. Synthroid is a synthetic T4 medication intended to raise low T4 levels and through that T3. I'd recommend to NOT take it. You don't need it and can complicate a simple cycle for you.

Nolvadex should be started around 2wks after last pin like you said but the synergy of 2 SERMs is more effective than one so I'd also recommend picking up clomid and doing clomid 50/50/25/25 or 50mg for 4wks and nolva 40/40/20/20. Be sure to stop taking Adex at least 2-4days before your start post cycle therapy (pct) since Adex and nolva have a chemical interaction together and reduce effectiveness.

HCG should either be cruised in during cycle or blasted after last pin but BEFORE post cycle therapy (pct) and discontinued 4days before start of post cycle therapy (pct). the reason Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) shouldn't continue into post cycle therapy (pct) is because its suppressive and will continue to keep you shutdown while you're trying to bring your body back to natural production, it defeats the purpose of post cycle therapy (pct). other than that looks pretty good. List up your diet in the diet section or here and maybe we can give you some constructive criticism. have fun and enjoy the ride!
 
Thanks for tips! Ive decided to just go for clomid and nolvadex just to keep it simple.

I had my second pin today, did my left delt and it feels like someone stabbed me in the arm... Hopefully it doesn't effect me too much for chest day today.

Ill put my diet up after my workout today
 
Alright so for diet I eat

Meal 1: Protein shake, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 eggs
Meal 2: Chicken Breast (3-4oz) with some carb (brown rice, black beans[low sodium])
Meal 3: (post workout) Protein shake, and usually about the same meal as i had for meal 2
Meal 4: Tuna, Mixed nuts(low sodium), granola bar
Meal 5: Chicken breast, Steamed veggies, carb
Meal 6: Protein shake, Peanut butter sandwich

Im running complex carbs on meal meals 1 and 6

Also Im taking a multi vitamin, and omegas morning and night
Creatine 5grams pre workout and 5g post workout

Chest day yesterday was good, I'm in my 6-8 rep range, did 275lbs on incline, 250lbs on flat bench (i know that seems backwards) and 100lb dumbells on decline(as heavy as my gym has). Im feeling good and strong, pip wasn't bad once i started lifting. Nice pump chest looking bigger than usual.

Back today was good as well, 6-8 like i said. I did 7plates on Tbar and 315lbs on reverse grip bent over rows. Just invested in a new belt (old one was getting beat up) and I'd like to save my back for when i start throwing up some serious weight.

Leg day tommorrow

Starting to get really excited about my test kicking in.
 
Had my 3rd pin yesterday, i did my right delt, went way smoother this time. Minimal pip.

Feeling strong still, got 255lbs 8 times on military press, 90lb dumbells on shoulder press sets of 8 again.

Haven't been eating the way i want to the passed couple days but i am in the middle of moving so I'll clean it back up as soon as possible.

People keep telling me i look bigger, Im up 226. Don't feel any different, just getting random boners every couple hours like Im in 6th grade again haha.
