I love var, but like they said I would wake up at least 3 times a week with crazy calve pumps. My girl would freak out every time. lol. good luck and you can start var as low as thirty a day, but you should go with about fifty ed. just have faith cuz if it's legit it'll give great results.

As far as weight goes in measuring up progress, consistent strength increase is not a bad way of measuring muscular hypertrophy. To a certain extent, strength gains are partially CNS adaptation, but also muscular. This is what i use to measure how well a cut is going.

At 400mg/wk coming from borderline hypogonadal, that's pretty damn good for a trough. Some may say that's low, but we do all react differently and that's pretty close to where I fall in at with that dose.hope you enjoyed the holidays!

I'd just keep it where it's at, or you can bump up safely to finish off your vials so you don't have 1/2 a vial left over when you end your cycle. Yeah, I don't remember your diet all too well, but if you're running at a caloric deficit or small surplus - you are still likely shrinking fat cells and replacing them with muscle tissue. How have your measurements changed? But strength is through the roof, freakish in comparison. Sex drive is rocking. I see some gains in my chest mostly and legs. It's just I thought I'd end this cycle around 215, and I'm still just hovering around 202'ish even though I started at 200, but like you and halfwit mentioned, I could be trading off some fat for muscle.

If you're seeing better definition and are noticing great strength gains, I'd say you're doing it right. While muscle does indeed weigh more than fat, you may very well be losing 1.5x more fat (shrinking cells to be technical) than putting on muscle, which balances out. It's not unheard of at least.

Still got a ways to go, so maybe I'll start beefing up a bit. Measurements have shown inches off the problem areas and slight growth in others. I can see a bit of recomp as well....what should I be at 3000? 4000? I don't think it's an issue with my gear. Perhaps because I was so low to begin with? I can't really complain, no sides, feel good, leaning out a bit, better body-shape overall...hopefully I can close out at my target weight in another 6 weeks.
It's tricky stating that you "should" be at a specific value. We're all different and everyone requires a different level of androgens to promote growth. Would you have seen better gains/fat loss at a higher dose? Maybe. Are you making great progress with a "moderate to low" dose of test? Absolutely.
I think you're doing quite well at the dose you're on. I'd see how the bump in dose treats you, you're far from where most encounter any issues with sides (don't forget you may need to increase that AI too!) or diminishing returns. It's nice seeing someone do well with goals without having to dump 3 grams of AAS into their body, just for a meager 5lbs of LBM gained over 12 weeks and wonder why the magic juice didn't turn them into the hulk.![]()

Great point about increasing AI as well (didn't initially think of that). Probably go from .25 EoD to maybe .40 EoD - I like it at .25 as I'm not really seeing any sides from the adex, but I'll play around with the dosage and see once I bump up on Monday.
