First cycle advise ( prop and eq )

Being a newbie isn't an excuse to be spoon fed. I really don't think you are ready at all for a cycle, you are 33 I am sure you know how to do research.
 
Test is test is test is test

Take prop and have a short cycle with hopefully quick recovery.
Time on = time off + pct ( they say)

Waiting 20 weeks for a cycle is about as depressing as coming off cycle.

There are benefits to prop (start feeling it faster, clears faster so you can therefore start again more quickly) but there are also negatives ( having to pin every other day e.o.d. Or every day e.d., as I mentioned earlier, prop, even with perfect injection skills--which most newbies don't have--can be painful post injection)

Same with test e or c benefits:(pin less often every 3.5 days, WAY less pain after injection)
Negatives (takes longer to get the jump or start feeling it in the gym-in my experience around 3 weeks--and you have to wait longer for esters to clear)

So it's up to you. It's your body. I used test e my first cycle and I had days where I couldn't do abs bc my butt hurt so bad from pip. I can't imagine what it would have felt like running prop bc I'm running prop now and it feels like virgin muscle syndrome every time I pin and I'm al long way from virgin muscles lol. Although his question would be better well perceived had he came in and said I'm thinking of doing this

Hcg-250iu e3d

At least this means there was some thought put into it and would generate more positive responses.

(Ps that's my 3rd cycle plan)

Second, simplicity my friend. Prop has its benefits but I would stick with a longer ester like Enath so you will not have to inject as often. (Injecting can be a daunting task for a first timer, the less often the better in my opinion until you are better skilled).

Also, and I feel this is the most important...make sure you have all your gear, anti-e, post cycle therapy (pct), etc. Do not start until you do. It is not worth it. You have been training for this long, what is waiting for a little longer until you have it all together.
 
If you wanna cycle, you should be motivated to learn as much as possible, starting with the cycling for beginners sticky's that are at the top of the thread pages. It gives you the basic dosage, length of cycle, Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and PCT...work something up and let us know, we'll help you fine tune that bitch like a jet engine :)

you mean eq should not be run at all right? im sure thats a typo...
 
It varies greatly. I'm not promoting its use by any means but I made amazing gains off 200/week of test c and 250/week of tren e in 8 weeks. I cut it short due to complications.

I disagree... Tren is NOT good advice for a first cycle!
 
My 2c Brother... Test C or Test E 250mg Monday / 250mg Thursday. = 500mg per week.... 12-14 weeks. Your first cycle is the best (my option) you will start to blow up around week 4. It will be some water weight but you'll look in the mirror ,and say F**king A... You don't need anything else.. But FOOD....
