First cycle - Blood tests before cycle(Hormone panel)

Finally my gear arrived, test e, armidex, nolvadex, clomid.
And I got everything I need to start the cycle.
I'm going to start it in a 2-3 weeks.

I did some blood tests to but the hormone panel seems to be missing some data..
the hormone panel only contains data about TSH, and TESTOSTERONE-TOTAL.
Is that enought to start a cycle?
Looks like my doctor aint going to give me other tests too.. he said thats all he can give me to check in blood test.
Should I go a private clinic to check other hormones? if so what is important also?
its kinda expnesive here to go to a private clinic to do it. so whats important to check?

No that's not enough to go on for pre-cycle bloods. You'll need a CBC, metabolic panel, LH, FSH, total test and estradiol (preferably sensitive assay). If you're in the US and NOT in MA, NY, RI, etc use this link to help you get cheap blood work without going through the doctor.

I've got metabolic panel and total test(but NOT free test, is that important also?) even the CBC
From what you say im only missing LH,FSH,ESTRADIOL
I'll try asking the doctor again to give me that tests
or its going to cost me 200-300$ crazy prices here.. im not from US :|

Maybe lipids if you got a problem with that.

damn doctor gave me everything excepts from those 3 :\
What about free test. is that enought to check only total test?
