Hi everyone, will be starting my first cycle soon and would appreciate some critiquing.
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 199 lbs (all weight in lbs)
Body Fat: Hover around 10-12%
Age: 23
Cycle Goal: Put on mass while maintaining naturally lean physique. Also, determine body's tolerance to AAS.
Lifting Experience: 6 years serious training. I competed in powerlifting and o-lifting in college and my lifts right now are as follows: Bench - 300 x 5 (with good spot from roommate) Squat - 325 x 5 Deadlift - 345 x 5 Push Press - 205 x 5 Barbell Row (from bench) 300 x 5. I know the squat and deadlift seem like a joke compared to the other three; I like to blame it on being tall and having a long ways to go / huge leveraging.

*Note: After reading how estrogen is necessary to put on bulk, i'll be dropping the arimidex ED to E3D. The rest I've been told is pretty solid - there seems to be a 50/50 split between people who think the Winstrol (winny) with milk thistle is perfect and others who think the Winstrol (winny) should be avoided due to joint pain. Some have suggested masteron in place of the Winstrol (winny), or EQ. Thoughts?
I am a little foggy on some of the hardware routines too. Mainly with ampules. After opening an ampule, what is the best way to store all of it? Would it be best to draw into all the syringes and just store those (as the amp obviously isnt resealable)?
Another concern - I'm very acne prone. I've been on accutane but still get noticeable breakouts if i'm not on my game 100%, even small discrepancies like eating a little sugary cereal makes me break out. I keep my skin nicely maintained, but with hormone changes this will obviously be a concern. Thoughts?
Its going to be a while before I begin because I still want to get all of the knowledge I can, and this is the perfect place to start. Thanks in advance.
*EDIT: I'm unsure why the imgur link isnt hyperlinked. If its a pain heres what my cycle is: 12 weeks of cyp - 500mg/week. Winstrol 50mg EOD weeks 7-12. Weeks 13-15 off. Nolvadex 40mg ED weeks 16-17. Nolvadex 20mg ED weeks 18-19. Thanks.
