Hi,I'm a 29 year old guy,160 lb's,5'10",been training for bout 5 years on and off,have very little body fat and a good,cut shape going on already.
I am on a budget,feel I have reached a plateau in my training and following doing a good amount of research have just started my first cycle of dbol only at 30mg/day for 6 weeks/8 depending.
I'm splitting dose into 3 10mg tabs/day and I'm taking 1g of milk thistle/day,also divided into 3 doses.
I'm drinking 1-2 gallons water/day,training hard and heavy 3x a week.
Although I respect anyone else's opinion,I am aware of the stigma attached with dbol only cycles and therefore I'm not looking to be blasted for choosing to do one.
However,what I am looking for is advice on two subjects so I do this right:
First,at 30mg/day,realistically what sides am I gonna be likely to encounter?
Second,due to reading lots of different advice,I am looking for suggestions on the most effective way of keeping my gains...
I have Nolva,but can I use it in case of gyno and also as my post cycle therapy (pct) effectively?
What is best way to do this?
Finally,is there anything else I can do to minimise water retention throughout my cycle so that my gains,are true gains?

why D bol for a first cycle. and why d bol only. your gonna blow up like a balloon and deflate as so afterwards. and not to mention liver values. but if you say you have allready started then so be it. and yes you can use nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) and gyno, i suggest you read the stickies on this forum and the stickies on bodybuilding and steroids articles. forum.... do you mind me askign what was so appealing about d bol that you made you choose it ???
