Haven't updated in a few weeks but heres another one:
Week 8
Weight is sitting at 99.4 KG / 219.2 LB
I'm estimating bf is more or less unchanged
strength feels through the roof but i can't take advantage of it because shoulders are still causing a problem but I am gradually working up the weight on each lift
Caught the flu again this week which may just be coincidence or from being on cycle? usually have a strong immune system and tend not to catch the flu more than once a year, IF that however this is the second one in 6 weeks.
Had blood work done 2 weeks ago, its in one of my other threads. everything seems good to me as far as I can tell
