I am 22 6'6" 225-230 and just started my first cycle.
Basic Breakdown of my diet is this
I shoot for 5000cal/day but the least I take in is 4000
400gprot, 400g carb, 90 g fat(minimum)_
6 meals a day usually shoot for 730, 10, 1230, 330, 6, 9, its kinda hard cause I work a lot.
Let me know what you think and some food suggestions would be great.
Im trying to do as clean of a bulk a spossible, Would love to see 15 solid pounds.
Oh yeah Im running Test e 300mg week for 10 weeks, starting week 3 Winstrol (winny) @ 100 mg M,W,F(up until my PCT) and 250 HCG 2X week
