First cycle ever check it out

I totally agree with the test only for first cycle part.

Dbol is awesome for strength gains. I don't know where this trend of people saying you keep absolutely nothing off dbol came from, but it's wrong. Maybe some bad batches floating around or something. You WILL lose most of the weight, but you WILL keep a good chunk of the strength gains. Not to mention it makes you feel awesome.

None taken man. I just feel for a first cycle anyone should be able to blow up with just test. You should know how test makes you feel first because once the dbol wears off your gonna be discouraged because 90 percent of people taking their first cycle want to gain as much weight as possible.

On the other hand, if the person is aware of what will happen after stopping dbol then I say go for it. I've read too many threads about guys complaining about how they plateaued with stregth and weight gains after dbol is out of there system.now that I'm more educated on aas I believe your first 2 or even 3 cycles should be test alone with solid gains from all of them.

good point-your def going to have a hangover once you stop the dbol if your only on 500 test.

i personally say that all the time Glub, but i am referring mainly to the weight gain, not the strength gain. To me thats the whole point of Dbol is to be used as a strength kicker until the LE kicks in. Yes it will drop a lil but you should be on time when the test kicks.

I just love to hear people say they do Dbol only cycles and gained 10lbs of muscle. :bsflag:

Test E (aburaihan Brand) 500 mg a week

Deca (Norma Brand) 600 Mg per week

Both for 12 week duration.

I was think adding some Eq to the cycle if u guys can advice me a better cycle post up

Any replies appreciated.
 
you wont need deca at 600. start @ 400. I personally like it a 500 but alot of guys i know like it at 375. how much do you weigh?
 
On my 1st cycle now. Just using T Cyp 500mg/wk. I`m enjoying it. I`m bigger and stronger and learning alot about my body as I progress. Another compund could possibly complicate the learning expierence....Like pirate said; See how you react to one compound first.

How did u go from test and var for a first cycle to test deca and maybe eq???

Stick to 12 weeks of test @ 500mg per week for your first cycle. You can add in var like you planned or use dbol @ 30-40mg for the first 6 weeks. That's it though.

More gear doesn't mean more gains just so you know. Take it slow and you'll appreciate it later.
 
i heard deca gives u better gains specially on high dose :D. well ofcourse with a good diet,cardio,rest.

for a first cycle just test will give you good gains also. For someone never running anything before you will be like a spunge and notice gains anyways, so why add deca/eq/var.

it just dsnt make sense to me just to use test only. test with a nice kicker would be nice. i was thinking about using var firt but ppl told me its a weakling and expensive for nothing thats why i thought about using test and deca i would get better results with a kicker.

Deca is not a "kicker". I think you need to just stick to cell tech.

Like I said before:

wk 1-6 Dbol @ 30-40mg ED
wk 1-12 Test E @ 500mg EW

You're trying to move into things too fast. Remember it's a quick way to fuck your body up. Trust me, there's a reason so many people suggest your first cycle to be test only (with an oral if you want). I promise you'll like the gains you see.

Saying things like "it doesn't make sense to just run test" is a red flag that you haven't read much about this hobby. That's totally fine - nobody walks in knowing everything. Just make sure you listen to advice and take the time to read up on stuff around the board.

Also just for the record, I have been cycling for more than 8 years now and I STILL sometimes run a test only cycle.
 
I just did my very first cycle ever in my life. I did 1 cc test e 250mg/ml once a week. I got into my 5th week and my strength was really good. I had lost some body fat and had really good lean muscle gains. I wanted to go as simple as possible for my first cycle and am glad I did. My only drawback is that after the 6th week I stopped taking it because it seemed to start piling up in my glutes and didn't want to dissipate like I though it would. I really want to do the rest of the last bottle and the other three I'm packing. I just don't want to walk around with these huge lumps in my glutes. Can anyone give me advice on that? Please be kind I am new at all this and I did do research before hand, it was that I didn't see anything covering this situation so here I am asking you guys. Oh another thing about doing such a low dose is that PCT was almost nil. Well any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
 
dude...your stealing my thread. your glute will get swollen from the injection no matter wat and some ppl dnt, so u just gotta accept the pain like a man.
 
The shot is painless, I guess because I pin with a 21g. I guess delts, tri's and thighs will be better choices. As far as stealing your thread wasn't trying to, but you may want to stick to a simple one product cycle since you haven't done any before either. I'm telling you, just 250 ml of test a week is at least twice what your body make's currently, so if you dont grow on test alone, you just ain't going to grow.
