First Cycle Ever- Help Please!

I've been lifting for almost a year. 5'10 165lbs. Been cycing creatine on and off. Gaining weight slowly and eating a lot of clean food. I would like to start a cycle some time in the future. I need help with a plan.

I'm planning to do 250mg of Test Cypionate only per week for 12 weeks. Is this a good idea??
For post cycle therapy (pct) i'm going to take Clomid and I guess Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) . Do i really need the HCG?
To fight gyno I'm planning on taking Proviron.
I havent figured out the dosages for the post cycle therapy (pct) and Proviron yet. But if anyone wants to post that feel free. I'd appreciate it!

Also do I usually inject every 4 days or every 7 days if i'm 250mg per week?

That quote was from March 02/08.

1 yr, or 6 months....it doesn't really matter.

You need to spend a minimum of 2-3 yrs in the gym before cycling. I wouldn't even think about doing a cycle until then. In the meantime just concentrate on your diet and training.
 
ok thanks man! i'll do that. I'm not planning to do this soon. I was just planning this for when the time comes.

hey raw lifter how many times can you get 405 for? jut curious I to am a raw lifter I did my first meet last summer and hit a 540lb raw lift I haven't been in the shirt in a while but i did get 705 in an 17 year old single ply denim.I have to take it easy I have had my elbow replaced 3 times from a car wreck and one shoulder surgery and all this at 32.
