First cycle for a experienced bodybuilder

I have been lifting since i was 14, and seriously bodybuilding since 16. Im now 22 and have 3 competitions under my belt (1st district,2nd state,5th nation) and im looking to start my journey for a pro card. I will not be competing again for years because i want to get to atleast 200-220 lean before i do ( currently 5 8" 165 lean)

Yes in all seriousness, i want not only a pro card but to make it to the end (or is it the beginning) of the road.

Im planning everything as much ahead as I can but im limited by my knowledge (which is pretty well but I can't know everything so that's why im asking here)

What do you all recommend for my first cycle?

I have done a small 10week cycle of test like a year ago but the gains i made dropped off pretty quickly due to me getting sick right at the end and other problems with my life at the time.

Of course test will be in the equation, and might be the only thing. But i was also thinking maybe Deca? I saw a abbreviation of ED in another first cycle thread that replaced deca. What does that stand for and what is it.

Pm me if you have any sources on where to get the gear. I have some people here but im not sure how legit the stuff they sell is so help there would be great as well.

Herm's right. Make some friends, post often, and read whenever you get the chance. Read the Forum Rules before asking for sources.
 
I was just looking at Dave Palumbo at wiki and he started at 165 and won and worked his way up to 281 pounds after 15 years and back down to I think i see him around 185-90 Now.



Using Deca at 22.Sure you don't want any girls ? You're going to have to explain to them that you have moods too.
