First cycle for a hardgainer.(Tbol, test-cyp)

I just received my first bottle of Turinabol and Vial of Test Cypionate 250. This will be my first cycle and I will be starting it in a week. I'm also wondering to run for 10 or 12 weeks.

I'm 6'1, 175 lbs, 23 years old and a typical ectomorph that has a really hard time gaining weight.

Here is my plan I've done a ton of research but really trying to prevent harming my body and doing this cycle proper with minimal sides and hold my gains after my cycle:

Test cyp 250: Weeks 1-12 (500mg's/week)

Tbol: Weeks 1-5 - 40-60mg's/day

PCT:
Clomid- 100/50/50/25
Nolva- 20/20/20/10/10

First month: 3500 calories a day
Second and third: 4000+ calories a day

I work 2 weeks on and 1 week off 12 hours a day and my job is very physical demanding(brute work) so trying not to burn a lot of calories and eating enough to provide my muscles with proper nutrition is going to be hard. Doing big compound exercises like Bench Press, Leg Press, Deadlifts, Barbell Squats with heavy weights I know is important for putting on Bulk Mass while following a proper diet.

Workout Plan:
day1- chest/triceps
day2- back/biceps
day3- Legs
day4- Shoulders/ Abdominals
Rest
Repeat


I've done a lot of research but I'm looking for some advice seeing how it is my first cycle and being a Hardgainer(slimmer dude) I know I'm going to have to work extra hard for results and to maintain my gains.

Work extra hard without gear. I have a friend who eats 3500+ without gear and 4500 with. He's 5'7" 165. Adding gear to the mix will just result is disappoint because you don't have the knowledge of gaining mass without. You may gain size on cycle but you'll quickly lose when you come off.

I don't want to sound mean but just Providing an honest opinion.
 
Calories seem low if you are already a hard gainer like you say. Get the diet straight. You need to eat above your base metabolism, then eat enough to replace calories used by exercise than above that to have material left over for your body to use to build new muscle tissue.
 
Ok so i'm going to have to eat a lot more then planned, thanks for the reply's there's no backing out of the cycle now, that gear is to expensive to just collect dust on the counter.

For my 7 days off work I can focus on just eating and training everyday. But when i'm at work I wake up at 430am my first break is 930,then 12, then 3, then i'm not home until 7pm so eating in between breaks might be tough, probably will have protein bars and peanuts on me while working.

The gear won't go bad in the next year while you sort out your diet.

Somewhat arbitrarily you should have no problem hitting 200lbs muscular at that height without gear, especially at 23 unless you have a low testosterone condition.

You aren't eating right now - a cycle is going to dissapoint you if you don't sort that out first.

And if you magically start eating right in conjunction with your cycle, you risk injuring yourself because you'll blow up from 175 to 200 in six weeks, gain 25% on your big lifts and wreak havoc on your joints.
 
One bottle of cyp will only get u 5 weeks if your lucky. I didn't see anything about an ai being used during cycle either.
 
Drop the idea of doing 3500cals for the first month and just hit it hard with the 4000+ from day one. Just because you don't "feel it working" straight up doesn't mean its not working its magic.

You dont have to work harder to get results being a hard gainer. You just need to eat more and rest more.

If you have your heart set on more then one compound for your cycle Id drop the turnibol and swap it for Dbol or Adrol. It will be better for mass.
