Hi there!
I'm running my first cycle. I don't know if I'd even call it a cycle.
I take fina sublingually/orally (trenbolone acetate) and helladrol (also oral).
For liver protection I am taking Animal Pak which contains Milk thistle and other stuff.
I haven't been taking much so far (20 mg of tren, twice) and helladrol (25mg 1st day, 50mg second, 75mg third, 75 mg again).
I am only using on days I work out. That's sort of non-conformist but it makes sense to me as it pumps me up for workout and gives my natural test to rebound on days off.
Only working out upper-body as lower body has some injuries. Work out 2-3 times a week.
Benched 225 x 4 the other day. Doesn't sound like much hadn't done that since college. Just started working out a few weeks ago.
Undecided on anti-gyno stuff. Helladrol affects estrogen while tren affects progresterone/ prolactin. Obviously don't want bitch tits. Own Vitex which took but read it raises progesterone (lowers prolactin at 1g). It isn't unheard for people to run Helladrol OR Fina cycles without developing gyno. But it also isn't unheard of it happening.
Obviously want to be safe. This is my biggest concern right now. Think I am going to invest in a personal mini-fridge and buy some anti-gyno stuff (Prami, etc.) from RUI but have read some people have bad effects (naseau, etc.) from that stuff.
I need to figure this out before I get any gyno (cause that would suck). Apparently some stuff can reverse it if you get but hey.
Animal Pak also contains a ton of B6 (9000% DV) and I take a drink that contains a lot of mangosteen (BODE) which is an estrogen inhibitor.
Obvi, my big problem is progesterone inhibition. I'll have to buy something. Yet to figure it out.
Suggestions accepted.

My goal is for the anabolics to speed up healing of some stress fractures I have in my feet. Also gain upper body strength and make workouts enjoyable. To be honest these injuries have been debilitating and I totally understand why hurt athletes turn to this stuff. It's a new thing, a new challenge and it makes lifting fun.
